Newbie to the pregnancy board! Due end of December.. anyone else due around the same time?

Just looking for a board to join, have just started weaning myself off conception. I’m due 26th December. Feeling like it would be nice to join a group with people due similar time :)
Feeling a little anxious about things going wrong and dp doesn’t really understand x

I think everything’s fluctuating all the time as I get symptoms in waves.. this week I’m feeling so much better though, but shocked how big I am already!! Xx

@Rose2887 I hadn't felt too bad today, someone at work even commented on how much better i looked today. Got in the car to come home and that was it. Had to pull over to be ill (TMI - sorry).

Ive finally managed to get some formal trousers for work that fit so thats been an achievement.

Cant wait to hear all about your scan @MrsCrumbtious. I feel like the week since i saw my midwife and booked in for my scan has gone so slow and still got 2 weeks to wait until my scan!!

I went into my local shop today and the lady behind the counter (who I don’t know) shouted congratulations!!!! Can’t believe people are noticing the bump already... I said to her thanks but I’m trying to keep it quiet 😂😂
I’m in bed, trying to download itv hub on tablet so I can watch love Island In bed as feeling so rubbish!!!! Work is going to be a struggle tomorrow if I feel this way 😔

Itchy nips anyone?

Just phoned to ask about my 12week scan. I had been missed! So now booked in for 25th when i will be 12+6. I was hoping for the week before but cant be picky i suppose.

Missed?? I’ll be 13 weeks when I have mine it’s on the 20th! I’m at work today and wishing I was relaxing at home!
No itchy nips but feeling dizzy, sicky xx

@Rose2887 yep! Because i had an early scan with them they forgot to book the 12wk scan.

Everything went well with our scan today. Our little crumb would not lay still for long and kept moving every time the sonographer wanted to take measurements 😂. I was even asked at one point to lift my bum in the air and wiggle my belly whilst laying on the bed! No more anxious feelings (hopefully) and enjoying not feeling too rough!

Ok, me and DH have always been similar and on the same wavelength. He genuinely seems to be having the same pregnancy symptons as me! Surely thats not a thing?!

@Pob13 my husband seems to be eating for 2 as well!!

Woke up this morning with cramps coming and going in my stomach. And I'm sure I found a little blood when I went to the loo. 🙈 I'm 13 weeks tomorrow and have my scan Monday. But not feeling good now! X

@Pob13 my dp is doing that... he’s exhausted putting on weight 😂😂

@mamfypuss don’t fear, I’ve heard it’s normal for a bleed at 12 weeks, apparently it’s when the placenta takes over??? Have you called midwife?? Xx

@Rose2887 I've tried... but it's a nightmare when your with an Ipswich midwife and norwich hospital. All the numbers on the orange card they gave me told me I need to speak with Ipswich and they can't help me, then when I speak with Ipswich they tell me I need to speak with norwich. One lady told me to call my GP. But it's all stopped now. It's so stressful trying to get hold of the right person I thought it was even worse for me. So we are waiting for the scan on Monday. If I bleed more I'll call my doctors.
Just seems stupid and annoying to give me all these numbers and no-one will help x

Same happened with me, I went to Jamaica in January and called the number on my notes which I was told to ring and they said they couldn’t help me, just wanted to know about the whole Zika thing!!!! The midwife called me back and said not to use number on sheet as I’m going through Norwich!! So surely they should of given us the appropriate numbers?? Well I hope you are okay?? I think you’ll be fine. Good luck for your scan, I’ve still till the 20th... longest wait ever lol xxxx

It's mad isn't it. I put norwich on the form with the Doctors. You would of thought they would give me a norwich midwife. I've stopped bleeding now. And cramps seem to be gone. So hopefully it was just my body changing and nothing. Was going to cancel my hair appointment today but other half had demanded I go as it will make me feel better.

I promise you it will soon come round. I felt like that when I first got mine and it was miles away. That's one reason why I wasn't in a rush to get the the doctors for an appointment as I knew I would just be waiting for appointments. Xxx

Hey all. Good luck with the upcoming scans. I’ve had the screening results back at last - all good (1:100,000). Small bad news is I have a UTI and feeling really sick again. I’ve been travelling all week and I think I’ve overdone it.

I’ve still been feeling sicky in the Mornings but seem to be fine when I eat...
starting to wonder if my boobs are going to stop growing?? They are still sore and huge!! I only had a 32b before and now they must be a c/d cup!!! My dp loves it but I’m worried about the after affects lol..
Wishing I was craving healthy food instead of junk... anyone else craving junk?? I can’t stand the thought of chicken but chips and crisps and fruit etc 🙏

My scan is getting closer and I’m quite nervous, has been such a long wait!!! I’m off to ed Sheehan concert Sunday which will be good fun

@Rose2887 im still feeling sick most days. Got some pain today too. The next 2 weeks better go quickly. I just want to know everything is ok in there.

@Rose2887 I went to watch Ed Sheeran on Friday he was great - did miss having a drink though. It’s my scan tomorrow very nervous just want to get it done x

I'm still sick... not as bad. Out for an Indian last night.. ended up in the loo of the Indian. Soon went though.
Got my scan this afternoon. I'm more nervous I'm going to pee myself 🤦🏼‍♀️

13 weeks today and officially in the 2nd trimester wow! Can’t believe how quick that has crept up! Feeling ok so far, bump is growing as well as boobs 🏆 that’s all I have to report on the symptom front.
Lidl’s are selling a maternity clothing range right now and I’ve stocked up on some strappy tops and leggings for work tonight 😁
