Newbie to the pregnancy board! Due end of December.. anyone else due around the same time?

Just looking for a board to join, have just started weaning myself off conception. I’m due 26th December. Feeling like it would be nice to join a group with people due similar time :)
Feeling a little anxious about things going wrong and dp doesn’t really understand x

Due Date: 27th December I think
Existing children: 0
Partner: married for 9 months, together for nearly 3 years.
Job: primary school teacher
Feeling today: Tired after waking up very early, otherwise good!

Oh god @helbel42 that is not what you need! I'd have had a massive freak out too.

@Pob13 snap! Although it wasn't this morning but last night. Woke me up and had to sit on the bathroom floor for half an hour trying not to be sick. Haven't felt that sick before last night so seems is might be the start

Just booked my midwife appointment for next Tuesday. Not sure if this is my booking in appt or just an initial one as i will only be 6 weeks.

Morning all. Leak fixed, just need my kitchen putting back together and we are both busy trying to wrap things up at work before hols 😩

First midwife appt booked for 23rd May so that's exciting! Something to come back from hols for. Currently on the train to work trying not to throw up on anyone. Oh the glamour! x

@Rose2887 my stomach is a mess! No one has EVER told me that happens when you're pregnant so was not expecting it. Supposed to be going out in 10 minutes and just feel like I can't be away from the loo so don't think I'm going to go. Bit of nausea this morning, not too bad, but now ragingly hungry too?!

I have bought myself one little babygrow and won't buy anything now until 20 weeks probably. I just needed something to make it seem real. Doesn't feel at all real at the moment and all I'm thinking about is feeling crap, constant symptom spotting and worrying about stuff going wrong. I guess that won't go until after 12 weeks and the scan

So glad it isnt just me that is too scared to leave the toilet!

I’ve got a rare day off work today and have decided to go and get most of my hair cut off. This happened last time I was pregnant too so is going to be a sure giveaway for my friends and family but I NEED THIS HAIR GONE. Say bye bye 12inches!

Let me know how it goes @FoxgloveStar. I’m debating to get my long bob back as the thought of dealing with all this hair with a toddler and a new born is scaring me a bit

Sorry to hear about the upset stomachs ladies, hope it doesn't last!

I've been lucky symptoms wise ..... so far. But then I'm only just going into week 6. I'm bloody knackered and have never in my life experienced bloating like this, I'm huuuge by the evening, really huge! Not looking forward to wearing a bikini and trying to keep pregnancy under wraps on hols! Guess I'll try and blame the all inclusive! Got to be good for something since I can't take advantage of the booze! x

@FireAndRain45 feeling really sorry for myself. I think this is the first day in years that i havent eaten and wanted chocolate! Thats probably a good thing but makes me a bit sad.
Im definitely getting dehydrated though so will go to the pharmacy tomorrow to ask about that dioralyte stuff. I think it will be safe to use. Apparantly imodium is not though ☹.
Got a big weekend of social occasions which im starting to worry about.

I wonder if you could help. I went to the doctors yesterday. She told me I was due about the 16th December. She then told me I'm 10 weeks. My dp got all excited about this, but I'm sure she has that wrong and I'm 7 weeks! I'm waiting for the midwife now which will confirm it.

But anyone else due the same time can help me out?

My sickness isn't too bad. I can't believe I'm 10 weeks symptoms wise x

So last night I ended up having a bit of a melt down, I’m such an emotional wreck, I was crying and genuinely felt low, told my dp and he ended up saying he felt low... he said he’s struggling living with me as he’s 40 miles from his son, we decided to rent mine as cheaper as buying a house next year. Just don’t feel supported by him at all.

@mamfypuss really?? How did they calculate that? I’m worrying as they are dating mine from a small 3 day withdrawal bleed and my last period was 3/4 weeks before then!

@Rose2887 sorry to hear that about your partner. I'm all emotional today too. Can't stop crying and everything is getting to me.
Last night my Dp came back from his parents and was like we need to get married, mum said as we get a tax help. So I think we should just go to the registry office and get it done quick, then we will also all have the same name! I flipped and we haven't spoke since last night. We dated when we was 17 and then both separated as we wanted to go different ways, he wanted to party and travel and just 'live his life'. Where as I wanted to go to Uni and make something of my life.
We ended up back together after we'd both done what we needed too. I've dreamed about my wedding since I was little and worked so hard to get my life as I wanted it and he knew this. I got really upset about it.
I'm sure I'm over reacting and it just my hormones.

But your not alone Rose. Things are going to get difficult as it's all changing. But hopefully will sort its-self out xxxx

I don't know when my last period was.. I've done the calculators on your conception date as I know this, and they all come out 15th / 16th. Told the doctor and she got 16th. But the calculator and my calculations tell me I'm 7 weeks. However she said 10 weeks and she will try getting it all moving for the scan quickly. She's totally confused me! X

Job: night career at a nursing home (currently off sick due to bleed)
How are you feeling today:daily slight sore boobs/ absolutely drained/ nausea but not enough to stop me eating as I’m so hungry (all the time)

Hi everyone I am due 30th December after trying for 5 years! Totally shocked and not quite sure it's all real yet. Will be 40 a month before my due date and have HBP so classed as a high risk pregnancy. Anyone else in the same boat? Thanks x

So, after 3 days of diarrhoea i have lost 4lbs. Well thats one way to lose weight! I spoke to the midwife who said to see GP if it carries on. I will see what happens tomorrow. Def getting dehydrated. As crap as this is im just hoping it means good stuff is happening in there!

@Pob13 good to get checked out, I'm fine thanks mine only kicks in at about 9pm for some strange reason!

@Rose2887 how are you this evening? Sorry you're feeling so unsupported it's such a hard, weird time and all you really want is for someone to look after you while you're so up and down. But that's tricky if he's feeling down too

Work is really tiring me at the minute, being on my feet for 7 hours with a 10 min break that’s it, starting to think I may have to tell someone!

I feel like my legs feel fatter but not sure why 😂 my jeans are definitely becoming too tight!!!

@Pob13 I thought that when I was getting in, kept adding cold water 😂😂 it was lovely though as my body has been aching so much! Tired now and realise I’ve got to make dp lunch for tomorrow, he’s out walking dog so he won’t do it!!! Xx

@Rose2887 im sure he could make his own lunch just this once! He will have to do it when baby is here.
