Been testing since I was 12 days away from period and got positives, now I'm 8 days away and got a clear result on clearblue! Half scared of it being twins!

HI all, another one jumping on board! We’ve been trying for a year and it’s been a bit of a struggle. Another one on the exhaustion bandwagon! Due date is around aug 24/25 but I’ve got a viability scan in early Jan so that’ll be the main indicator for us and telling people

Found out I’m pregnant today :) due 28th August!! Just got to wait to see if AF shows. Fingers crossed she doesn’t rear her ugly head! So excited!

Thanks @dancingunicorn123 so nervous but so excited! Were you worrying that af would turn up today? I’m worried mine would show up this week :(

So silly. But I keep thinking mine I’ll show up. Very few symptoms. I just don’t ‘feel’ pregnant. I fact, I probably feel the best I have in a while. This could be down to lack of alcohol and extra fruit eating/vitamin taking. Going to mother care tomorrow to have a look at stuff. But not going to buy anything for a while yet. X

Hey! Many Congratulations on your pregnancy. Although its only 2 days away from period but still am amazed that you have got very positive result. Anyhow, focus on your pregnancy take care of yourself, give your body and mind rest and stay calm. Good Luck

@Gem173 I was so worried but no show yet and was due yesterday so hoping for the best! I had cramps but doctor said that's normal!

@dancingunicorns123 thankyou that’s put my at ease a little bit. Got worried this morning when I done an test and it was negative. However forgot that my wee was hardly concentrated as I’d been weeing like every 2 hours. Just gunna hope af is a no show tomorrow then do a digital xx

Hi everyone! I am also relating to those expecting all this to end very soon! Had a faint positive on FRER Friday, another one on Sunday. Tomorrow I will be a week late. Very very tired and struggling to sleep with intermittent cramping, boob ache/pains and waves of nausea symptom-wise. Let’s hope we all stay here! Completely unable to feel excited though. Told my mum and auntie and trying to keep it at that for now! X

I’m due 11th August according to the Flo app, can’t wait to get it confirmed by the Dr and know everything is ok as this is all new to me and I’m worrying about a MC already!

@peterpanwendy yup... went to mothercare to look at car seats and prams and stuff. Had the most amazing lady in the tell us everything and more that we needed to know. So it’s all picked. We just won’t buy anything until about 7/8months. We’ve got a puppy arriving in April we need to focus on first! 🤦‍♀️

@Cakelaur I've told my mum and sworn her to secrecy. We had a chemical 2 months ago, so I'm being cautious in case it happens again.

Mum is delighted even though this will be her 3rd grandchild (my first baby) :)

So far af has stayed away, touchwood let’s hope it stays that way today. Little ones still holding on (bottom two tests were this morning) x

@Gem173 - What brand are you using? I found ClearBlue and First response the most reliable with Lloyds and Boots own brand being the least accurate (showing nothing or faint lines when Clearblue says 2-3 weeks along). I really hope that your Little One holds on!

I have used one frer, a few amazon one step tests, one acutest and 1 boots own brand. They have all come up with faint positives with the amazon ic getting darker if I hold my wee in for around 4 hours. If af doesn’t show today I’m gunna buy a clear blue digital x

Ok im official, its on my dr's notes and i've been referred to my midwife team after spending a little while deciding between two local hospitals. I'm also going to go for my flu jab today. Still very apprehensive to see what happens and if it sticks though but from you all looks like that's pretty normal!

Whose imagining twins? I’m not when I said little ones I meant one baby as in he’s/she’s holding on.

@Strawberrythief87 how’s the drs go? I’m having flu jab next week. I had my drs yesterday. It’s still surreal to think there’s finally a baby growing in me. I’m waiting for the midwife to get back to me. I had to pick a hospital and self refer.
