Pregnancy buddies due mid Feb 2018.

I just got my BFP on the 9th June, and I'm calculated due 18th Feb 2018. Anyone else with similar dates out there who'd like to share the ride?
Current symptoms are tender, larger boobs and mild, intermittent 'cramps" In my left abdomen (more like a poke than a cramp!).

There's actually a baby in there! So relieved! Although they found a cyst but I'm assuming they're quite common?

And @cherryontopp I am 11weeks and 3 days and last week started with cramps in my foo foo too - it's due to increase blood flow in the area. Normal but highly irritating!!!! Xxx

@cakesandphotos they found a cyst with me too- it's a corpus luteal cyst and they're actually quite helpful for pregnancy if you google it!

Mine reached nearly 7cm by 9 weeks but has since started to reduce in size at 10 weeks 😊 nothing to worry about at all

@cakesandphotos congratulations! Cysts are very common, I had one for about 6 months before getting pregnant and it was still there when I went for my early scan at 6 weeks. The midwife said nothing to worry about, and it should just go away as the pregnancy progresses.

Congrats on the scan @cakeandphotos. Yes I think the cyst can form from the corpus Luteum which is keeping your baby's alive to begin with in the increased progesterone. They should fade away by second trimsester I believe.

@cherryontopp I am the same my symptoms all but disappeared yesterday. No breast tenderness or nausea at all. I'm finding it very worrying. I am 9 weeks today.

I did have my Ultrasound last friday at 8 weeks 1 day.
They measured me at 8 weeks 4 days. I was so relieved to know there was actually something in there. Heart was strong. I have my first appointment with OBGYN next week and I'm really hoping I get another scan before 12 weeks. I would go private but they are so expensive here. I just priced it at $475.
Wish I could just have one now and know everything.
No one told me being pregnant would be so worrying.

Every twinge, every symptom i just over analyse everything!

Yeh I know what you guys mean! No one told me either. Every time I have a cramp, I worry so much!

Is we have a wedding for a few days from Sunday and I'm going to struggle lying so I've managed to book a private test for tomorrow. So excited 😊 x

Hi all! How's everyone doing? I've got another scan on Monday (10 plus 1) before I have bloods taken for the Harmony test. Nervous/excited about the scan.

@LorelaiVictoriaGilmore I have my first appointment with OB today, so kind of excited. Not sure if people normally take their partners to these appointments but my hubby is travelling so just me.
I am 9+6 by my dates or 10+2 by the scan. So be interested to see if he changes things.
I booked a private scan for August 5th cos I just need to see everything is ok before 12 weeks. Here the scans and appointments are 2 seperate things.
Symptom wise I've been a lot better, too good at times where it's made me worry. But the last few days I've been so constipated.

@LorelaiVictoriaGilmore hey I'm 10+5 and I have my first scan on august 7th. This is my first pregnancy and yet I'm still really nervous about the scan, I think I'm going to be a mess going into it - any one got any advice on how to stay Calm on the day?
Symptom wise my sickness (luckily did have much anyway) went away a couple of weeks ago and I feel my energy coming back now. However I've been getting up once a night to pee and I'm bloated most of the time.

@hfin1992 I had my scan today, but I woke up this morning (during my routine 5am wee) and had quite abit of blood!!

So I was absolutely terrified as you can imagine going in - but there's a happy ending to the story as little peanut was waving away and actually measured a week ahead!

To be honest I think they see it all the time with people coming in so nervous, and by the time you're in and laid down it's time to get back up again and you'll feel a massive relief!

@Louanne89 thankyou ☺ I think I just can't wrap my head around going in and seeing my baby on screen. I can imagine nothing will compare to that feeling. I am equally excited, I just can't get some of those pesky negative thoughts out of my head.

I am plagued by negative thoughts! Every time I pick up a paper or go online there seems to be a sad story about a pregnancy/baby etc. I'm on media blackout at the moment as it's the only way I can keep things under control. And I'm only allowed to watch rom coms and read romance novels! Dh and I were watching Game of Thrones during my last pregnancy and it did not do me any good! Happy thoughts only!

To say I'm relieved is an understatement. Officially 10+2 and changed due date to 19th Feb. Can't talk to Hubby until late tonight........had to tell someone.
Can I hide under a rock for the next 2 weeks please

I had an early scan but I still don't think I can relax until my 12 week scan (which I'm not getting until 13+2)
I did buy some baby booties in the Joules sale and that's made it feel more real than the scan did maybe because baby looked like a potato at 9 weeks

Hi all, sorry I've been away for a while. Nausea turned into full on vomiting and hasn't stopped since then. I needn't have worried about not being able to diet! At 12 weeks now and have lost almost a stone

It's great to hear about all these positive scans! I finally had my dating scan yesterday and everything was looking good - due date hasn't changed so still 5th Feb. I'm still waiting for the blood test results but we've told our parents in the meantime and will finally start telling everyone else once (if) we're in the clear for that too. I don't think people at work will be surprised TBH.

It's strange because DH and I were both kind of putting off thinking about it in case there were problems with the first scan, so it's only now that we're really trying to get our heads around the fact that it's actually happening! There's so much to think about! And I wasn't expecting the baby to be moving at the scan - it was so strange to see it wiggling around!

Is anyone else feeling podgy?? I'm usually a size 10-12 so I ordered a size 12 pair of normal jeans and a size 10 pair of maternity jeans. I tried on the normal ones and there's a lot of tummy poking over the top! The maternity jeans are heaven, i may never go back. I'm only 10 weeks, i was expecting to fit in my normal clothes until at least 16 weeks! And I know there's only one baby thank heavens

All of my stuff is getting fairly tight. So I will need to be doing some shopping next week.

My dating scan is on Tuesday. It's felt like such a long wait. Feel very nervous about it but hoping we have better luck this time and baby is happy and healthy in there. Can't wait to have an official due date and be able to tell people!

I ordered a few things in the Next sale. I got some lovely maternity dresses reduced from £35 to £12 - might still be worth a look.

I had a private scan last week and baby is measuring about 6 days earlier than we thought. I have my NHS dating scan on Monday (should be 13wks) and praying baby has grown a bit more. I've been religiously tracking everything for months but I maybe had a longer cycle in May? Monday will confirm....
