hey @ArchiesMamaBird how you doing? good to hear from you! x

bakingmad83 · 31/05/2017 07:45

Hope you enjoy seeing your little one at your scan today Amanda :)

Glad your 16wk appointment went well Moo, got mine tomo. Looking forward to hearing heartbeat, as remember how lovely that was with DS

ArchiesMamaBird · 31/05/2017 08:40

Hi Bella Smile
11dpo over here, but I've been convinced since 4dpo that AF is on her way so not holding out much hope this cycle! I don't know where my PMA has gone Confused

I've been checking in over here every few days and following your chat. Sorry to see you're so exhausted, but hopefully it will ease off once you hit the 12 week mark Smile

Roseandbee · 31/05/2017 11:44

Archie's I feel you will be joining us here soon, fx it's this cycle. I still felt like af might be on the way with my bfp.

Amanda big FX for you too! So glad Wednesday is finally here. I had my scan at the hospital at 6wk1 so I'm gonna try and hold out for that extra year, I mean till next week and maybe go at 8 weeks, got my booking in appointment on tue so also hopefully find out when my first scan with them is.

It's frustrating that the print out my scan pics but don't give me them, I'm like I think you'll find that's my uterus and my baby. So I'll be excited to finally get my hands on a pic

Moo that's so exciting, will you baby be able to hear stuff now?

ArchiesMamaBird · 31/05/2017 12:07

Thank you Rose, I hope so Smile I keep flitting between 'This is the month, I can feel it!' to 'No I'm out, wish AF would hurry up so I can start cycle 12' Grin ugh I hate the last few days of the 2ww!

Anna2006 · 31/05/2017 16:23

Hi ladies

Hope you are all enjoying your pregnancies so far and you ever growing bumps!!

Just wanted to pop over & day after nearly a year since we started TTC and 7 months of trying after our mmc at 13 weeks in October last year I am FINALLY pregnant again.

Literally couldn't believe it. I had a faint test 4 days ago and then took this FRER this morning.

Lots of thanks for sharing this journey of TTC with you lovely lot. I took a step back from MN for this cycle and that seemed to help me chill out and do the trick!

Xxxxx

OMG Anna Congratulations!! So bloody happy for you! Bet you're over the moon xx

AmandaP86x · 31/05/2017 16:50

Aww yay @Anna2006 massive congratulations!!! ❤️

So scan went well I thought I was 7 weeks but they put me as 6+2 but I seen the wee heartbeat flickering away. She said at this early stage measurements are not massively accurate. She said everything looks good. Phoned for my appointments so have midwife 13th June & 12 week scan 4th July.

I am still not massively reassured haha!!!! 😭 just because after what happened last year even I was scanned at this point then it would have been ok 😭 I just need to be happy in this moment the now that the wee bean is fine 😘

Congratulations anna - what an amazing feeling that must be! Your patience has been rewarded! Let's hope for a lovely sticky one and that you have a lovely, healthy pregnancy! Lovely to see you join the Grads - hopefully we have a few more join us soon too!

And congrats amanda - lovely news that your scan went well! I also measured behind at my first scan but quickly caught up! Hopefully you can cling onto the fact that everything looks great and healthy right now and it can get you through the next few weeks without worrying too much!

Awwwww Amanda, that made me well up! So glad that everything is ok, and over the moon that you are happy (albeit a little worried still). But I'm sure that's perfectly normal 💕

Roseandbee · 31/05/2017 17:23

Congrats Anna, brilliant news! That's a good strong line there. So pleased to have you here x

Amanda that's brill! I was a week and 1 day behind on mine. You have to remember that everyday your stats are getting better, must be very hard when your the person who has been part of that unfortunate small percentage. But the odds of it happening again must be even smaller. I'm just taking it one slow day at a time, looking fwd to when this post is on an old thread and were both rubbing are bumps.

So keep the chat at a good pace please ladies I'm looking fwd to thread number 2 (wonder who else will have joined us by then).

Roseandbee · 31/05/2017 17:27

Amanda do you know if there sort of bright line sort of rice shaped is your fetal pole? I'm trying to get my head round scans

AmandaP86x · 31/05/2017 17:32

Awww thanks girls it's nice to see the wee bean ❤️

Oh that's interesting that few of you where measured behind too!! Only 2 weeks until midwife appt.

They where so nice said I know where they if I need them! Fingers crossed all goes well.

Very true like every week ur chance prob does reduce & given it's happened before. See because I misscarridged at 9 weeks I don't think I'll be able to relax a bit under after that stage 😭 anyway today is a good day.

Aww @Roseandbee I have no idea 😂🙈 I can't work them out either!!! Lol

BellaMoon · 31/05/2017 18:04

@Anna2006 OMFG i am delighted for you! that sure is a strong FRER! another grad, woo hoo! cannot wait for more!

Anna2006 · 31/05/2017 18:05

@Archiesmamabird deffo over the moon. Hoping you will be joining me very soon!

Thanks amanda dolly and rose. It felt an age to wait but finally got there!

Amazing news on the scan amanda. I know how you feel about the worrying. I'm trying to get early scan through EPU too but have to wait for appointment to be referred until I would be 6+3 😱 I guess I know I have the option to pay tho if I need to an do a private one. It's all a worrying process after a loss but fingers crossed all will be well!

😘😘😘

Anna2006 · 31/05/2017 18:06

Thanks @BellaMoon that's FRER was taken 15DPO so might explain the boldness.

I resisted from my faint line on 12DPO and held out to test for another three days. I only wanted a bold line to be sure 🙈🙈

BellaMoon · 31/05/2017 18:08

@ArchiesMamaBird i have a feeling you'll be here before too much longer (as a grad of course). i have everything crossed for you! #PMAalltheway

@AmandaP86x how amazing! i love love love scan pics. i was so encouraged by them whilst still TTC and think looking, even if it is hard at times to work out which way is up, really does prove every little bean is a miracle. #youllbe10weeksbeforeyouknowit x

iv had a lack of hashtags lately #bellaisslacking

BellaMoon · 31/05/2017 18:11

aw @Anna2006 so you had a squinter and ignored it for 3 days??? that's amazing!!! hats off to you chic. so i know you said you chilled out but how was the last cycle? what had you put in place? how has your DH taken it? i had noticed you were quiet in the thread so thought you'd needed a break. hope that's what did it for you! #somanyquestions #sorry #gottoknow

Anna2006 · 31/05/2017 18:45

@Bellamoon haha no it's fine- fire away! Yeh I had gone quiet on the thread. I wasn't even taking a peak at what was going on as I just needed to let my brain breathe I think. I was sleeping eating and drinking TTC by that point & getting more and more fed up thinking it wasn't ever gonna happen ever again! So dramatic lol.

DH started his supplements (fertil aid for men) start of that cycle so took them for 2 weeks before I ovulated. (Who knows if that helped but was worth a shot).

I also had a private health scan CD13 to check my uterus lining as you all know I was obsessed with my light period since mc and my lining was perfect! And I had ovulated that day as there was fluid around my uterus. So we went home and did doggy style 😂😂😂 PLUS I had loads of EWCM this. So all that combined worked! Yay! Or maybe it was just our time hey?!

DH was very pleased. Especially this morning after seeing the very bold line. Obviously apprehensive a little but praying the next 9 weeks go quickly. Dating scan here isn't until 13 weeks 😞 Boo! Midwife appointment gets booked for 8 weeks.

Will deffo be getting an early one though whether through EPU or private. No way can I wait that duration again!

BellaMoon · 31/05/2017 19:13

love it @Anna2006 and yes you could be right, maybe it was just your time! but they, worth throwing a few tried and tested methods in for good measure! (i was a fan of the doggy style in our successful cycle too 🙈)

i got an early scan at 8+5 as i needed something to make it sink in! still forget sometimes!

i'm sitting trying to work and this little pest will not leave me alone. love her soooo much but also starting to worry about our future and how she will be with a baby. you hear so many stories of cats and babies. please tell me it'll be fine girls! (i'm hoping those old stories about cats suffocating babies are just that, old foagie stories) xx

bakingmad83 · 31/05/2017 19:53

Congratulations Anna, lovely news :)

Thanks for sharing your scan pic Amanda :) My early scan with DS at about 7 weeks put me almost a week behind too, but can understand you won't feel able to relax till you've got past 9 weeks. Hopefully 10 weeks will fly in!

BellaMoon · 01/06/2017 07:30

happy to inform that i am officially 2 weeks clean.... i haven't POAS in 2 whole weeks #recoveringPOASer #POASanonymous 🤗

Ohb0llocks · 01/06/2017 08:21

Oh hiiiiiiiiii 👋🏼 👋🏼

Well I've caught up on the old thread and here I am. How are we all?

16+4 today... 3 weeks till the 20 week scan and I have my 16 week midwife appointment on Tuesday.

Tonsillitis starting to clear up, I can swallow again which makes me very happy!

Ohb0llocks · 01/06/2017 08:22

@BellaMoon don't worry about the cat. Mine was clingy for a while but now he just sits in the window most the day licking his ass.

He probably remembers DS as a baby and is scarred for life.

BellaMoon · 01/06/2017 17:37

thanks for the advice @Ohb0llocks i'd miss my wee cat so very much but would never dream of putting a baby in danger. bella is quite needy so ill just need to be super vigilant. AND welcome 😘
