@weasledee yes I have with all three of mine. Like I was about to start a really nasty period.
Hope that is reassuring, I know it's hard not to fret over every twinge and ache. Your body has got a lot of stretching and softening to do x

weasledee · 22/05/2017 21:57

Thanks for replying Gin, I've taken myself off to bed and I'm going to hope for the best x

Ginlinessisnexttogodliness · 22/05/2017 22:09

Rest up and stay positive. I know after what you've recently been through that's easier said than done but this sort of pain is very common with pregnancies

Hugs x

weasledee · 22/05/2017 22:21

Thanks gin you're a star ( still awake can't sleep Smile)

Teabagtits · 22/05/2017 23:13

@weasledee I had horrific pains in the first 8 weeks and was terrified of another mc. It was just my body settling down. They're back now at 34weeks and getting worse. It's 9 months of worry from start to finish.

weasledee · 23/05/2017 09:26

Thanks teabag, pain reduced during the night and I'm in work now with pretty bad morning sickness! So everything seems ok again
Can't believe I have this sickness so early....!

Iusuallylovecake · 23/05/2017 16:24

Hope you're feeling better weasledee I stress over every twinge! It's definitely a rollercoaster!
So I'm booked in for c section!! Baby still breech and showing no sign of turning. Just over two weeks to go. Absolutely terrified but no other choice Confused

weasledee · 23/05/2017 16:27

Love cake don't be scared, honestly a c section is not remotely horrific, I had a natural birth with my first and trust me, that was much worse!!! :)

mightymouse76 · 23/05/2017 17:32

@Iusuallylovecake what's your date?
Don't be scared! I'm feeling better every day and had mine two weeks ago. Although I admit I cried a little on the way to theatre as I was a bit emotionally drained by the time I got to my slot (several days of false alarms had worn me down!)....
Everyone in theatre was so lovely and reassuring though. Will send tips I learnt closer to the day for things that helped me in the immediate recovery.

weasledee · 23/05/2017 20:52

Posted this in my Jan 2018 group but thought I'd ask opinions here too!
Im thinking it could be twins! Now i know test line colour isn't an exact science but the line is very dark and I have morning sickness already and I'm only 4+2! (Normally starts at 6 weeks and with hyperemis) opinions and any experiences please.... :)

Iusuallylovecake · 23/05/2017 21:01

Thanks mighty and weasledee for encouragement, just naturally worry! I'm sure it'll be fine but any words of wisdom gratefully received!
weasledee I've absolutely no idea but that could be exciting!! How do you feel about twins??

weasledee · 23/05/2017 21:04

I'm only a size 8 cake, so I've no idea where I'm going to put them if it is!! :)
But my first was 8lb 11 so I suppose I could fit in 2 4 pounders! Grin

PingusMistress · 23/05/2017 22:36

@weasledee that is a really dark line, my IC lines were barely visible at 4+2! Could be? 👶👶

weasledee · 23/05/2017 22:46

I know pingus, I'm genuinely concerned! My mum and husband think I'm crazy but I'm a little worried Shockx I have 2 boys already, imagine another 2! :)

Teabagtits · 24/05/2017 01:53

cake how exciting! I've only had an emergency section and it really wasn't bad at all. I'd been in labour for days beforehand so was thoroughly exhausted and this time I'm hoping not beingso exhausted will make it even easier. My date is in 4 weeks. Eeks

Blondeshavemorefun · 24/05/2017 08:17

I was very sick from 4w so thought possibly twins - thankfully not. Just hg lol

Suffeeed sickness badly first 5mths

Only way you will find out is to have early scan after 6w to see how many sacs abs heartbeats there are

Ginlinessisnexttogodliness · 24/05/2017 10:55

@weasledee I got a very early positive hpt twice one with digital. I was sick from about 4 weeks and I too thought twins. Just my little girl in hater.
But there's always a chance, who knows, you'll have to wait and see!

I a, suffering in this heat, and feeling sick again. Like with my over two it went about week 12 and has come back a little while later. 🤢

Ginlinessisnexttogodliness · 24/05/2017 10:55

Little girl in there. No hater. What an awful typo! 🙈

weasledee · 24/05/2017 10:57

"Hater"
I did think oooo harsh Grin

ja73 · 24/05/2017 18:08

@weasledee - a belated huge congratulations on your return to this forum! I am delighted for you :). As for the pains, well yes I've had them, still got them, and worry about them! As someone said on here, we're all experiencing the same rollercoaster, paranoid about every twinge. A friend of mine with two sons said the worry you experience in pregnancy is good training for the lifetime of worry you will experience when the baby arrives!

My dating scan is on the 30th, I'm pooping my pants already, and I'm convinced they'll just see wind and several packs of Morrison's finest jam doughnuts on the monitor! I can't get off them! I'm already the size of a small shed. Why oh why couldn't I have got a craving for celery?! ;)

weasledee · 24/05/2017 20:41

Thanks Ja!
Yes I totally agree with what your friend says, this will be my 3rd if all works out so I can relate to what she's saying :)
I've bought a CB digital which I'm going to do in the morning. Before last months miscarriage I did one and it said 1-2 weeks when I was expecting 2-3..... the next day is miscarried. So I hoping for something more positive tomorrow :)

Ginlinessisnexttogodliness · 24/05/2017 20:46

@ja73 if scans revealed cravings then this time mine would have been pink grapefruit and Bakewell tart.

weasledee · 24/05/2017 20:53

My first would have been potato waffles and bacon! :)

Ginlinessisnexttogodliness · 24/05/2017 22:10

Number one was nectarines, mcvitie's double chocolate digestives and lemonade ice lollies.

Number two was cups of tea, nectarines and lemonade lollies again, marmite on toast and liquorice.

I'm waiting for the slipper soles and wet flannel addiction 😂

ja73 · 25/05/2017 11:33

Lemonade ice lollies would be fabulous in this heat!

Has anyone experienced a twinge/pain/feeling like someone is pulling on your belly button from the inside? It's the oddest feeling! Shifts around a bit on my right side, and isn't always present, but it's quite weird when it is.
