I'm moving to NL in May! Best maternity services in W Europe apparently.

I'm also 35 plus I have a heart condition (SVT) so something tells me I won't be birthing at home haha

Ps: we also have updates to give on Thursday by the looks of it. My scan is at 1130.

I was expecting everyone to tell me to stop being so lazy, thanks for making me feel ok about taking it easy! Cancelled my gym classes for this week might do some baking instead!

Purple I've had a load of tests and no conclusive answers but my thyroid wasn't great and I have some autoimmune issues so that could have been a factor. On what seems like every drug under the sun to try and make this one stick.

Just to let u know that the scan went well and twin 1 has grown is now 9weeks 3 days and heartbeat is fine, twin 2 is the same and no heartbeat also the bleed she said was small at 19x11x12 what ever that means

But i am so happy i now have to wait till the 12 weeks scan n hope that everything is ok hopefully the twin 2 and the bleeding dont interfear xx

Am nearly 6 weeks, had a miscarriage at 16 weeks in October. Just want to fast forward time to my 16 week midwife appointment.

Hey jaffa, I remember you from a thread in September.

Unfortunately, looks like I'm having mc #3. Went for early scan today at 6 + 5. Heart beat found, but baby only measuring 6 + 3 at 3mm. Also enlarged yolk sac. I'm heartbroken as my progesterone was high. I've been told to come back in a week, but I know it's bad from what I've read online. :(

July I'm sorry to hear that. What did the sonographer say exactly? If you're only 2 days out on measurements, could it just be that your dates weren't quite right? A heartbeat is a good sign, sorry don't know what having an enlarged yolk sac would mean

Thanks for replying oliversmummy, there is a small chance that I'm one day out. From what it says online, expected growth is 1mm a day from 6 weeks. So at best I'm measuring 6 + 3 when I'm supposed to be 6 + 4. Not too bad. But enlarged yolk sacs are almost always associated with fetal death or chromosomal abnormalities, so either way, I'm expecting bad news.

Oh no July and a week is such a long time to have to wait and worry...will be thinking of you.

July I remember you from an old 2ww thread. Sounds like you're having a really rough time, fingers crossed things turn out ok for you.

Ohh I think this is just the thread I've been looking for. I had a mmc in January and now I am pregnant again. It's very early on for me, I think I am only 4 weeks today.

I am not allowing myself to get excited. I'm scared!

Welcome sock, there's a couple of very early along ladies here so you are in good company. The first weeks are nervewracking times indeed, I don't thjnk I let myself get even remotely excited until after 12wk scan and even now at 19+3 am cautious.
