Thanks everyone. Will update tomo.

duck welcome... congrats and sorry for your chemical/MC.... as others have said, today you are pregnant, focus on that!

ginger I really hope everything goes well this morning. It's great they can get the scan done today, it will put your mind at ease and I hope it's good news.

Eden I know it's easier said that done but try to relax, symptoms come and go and cramping is normal. I was exactly the same. In fact I sat on the sofa from 6-10 weeks convinced I was losing the baby every day!! Now I'm massive and almost 29 weeks!

Oliver that's normal when you have dtd... I didn't dtd until after my 13 week scan in the end (and not that much since!!) just because I was so frightened! Even though I know it's completely safe! Good luck for your scan.

Like bec said the early days are awful. I actually can't believe I got through it and now it seems forever ago. Thinking of everyone having a tough time.

Very productive baby day for us yesterday, went to Ikea and got cot and mattress then popped to mamas and papas who had 10% off everything so got a car seat, base and baby bath!! Now we have all of the big stuff it's making it feel very real!!

LynseyH · 29/01/2017 08:34

Hope all goes well today ginger. Fingers crossed for you and also olivers.
Glad things went smoothly yesterday jpeg!
No change with me, just sticking a nose in to keep up to date.

Morning everyone, I had terrible sleep full of weird dreams and a horrible headache which is still lingering despite taking paracetamol, so I'm feeling pretty bleurgh today.

duck really try and stop testing love, you're not doing yourself any favours.

ginger good luck today! Crossing all my fingers and toes for you

jpeg glad you had a productive day, it's so exciting getting all the bits together. We won't have that in the same way this time as we have everything saved from DD so no shopping trips for me! I think the only new thing we will be getting is an infant car seat.

Sew3stitch · 29/01/2017 08:54

Good luck today ginger

Edenslight · 29/01/2017 09:34

Thinking of you today ginger

Thanks jpeg, lucky you doing all that lovely shopping. It makes things very real, I used to adore the teeny baby socks, think they're just the cutest thing ever!! Enjoy

AButterflyLightsBesideUs · 29/01/2017 10:33

Thinking of you this morning ginger, I hope you aren't kept waiting long and get some definite information Flowers. Everything crossed for good news xx

Another failed sweep attempt this morning, still not possible to get in there. 40+6 now. Stomped up a hill yesterday, had sex, curry on Saturday, ffs why is nothing happening!

Gingerbreadmam · 29/01/2017 10:41

Well would you believe it...7 weeks 4 days nice strong heartbeat.

There's a bleed under the sac but nothing to be worried about as its underneath.

Going to join the prism trial.

AButterflyLightsBesideUs · 29/01/2017 10:44

GrinGrin woohoo! Thrilled for you xx

INeedNewShoes · 29/01/2017 10:48

Popcorn1979 · 29/01/2017 10:52

Yaaaay ginger!!! So pleased for you!!! Bet you feel like you could sleep for a week now!!

Oliver will be thinking of you for your scan tomorrow, fingers crossed for more positive news!

2ducks - hope you are ok, honestly the tests are impossible to interpret so please don't think about it too much! Easier said than done I know.

jpeg28 · 29/01/2017 10:58

ginger that's amazing!!! I am so happy for you! Grin

butterfly I'm sorry it's still not happening... I really hope it's not long for you!

2ducks2ducklings · 29/01/2017 11:03

Ginger, fab news! Xx

Sah1987 · 29/01/2017 11:04

Yay ginger!!! And I think I speak for everyone that's why the page motto is "today I am pregnant"
Can I ask what is the prism trial?

Gingerbreadmam · 29/01/2017 11:06

Its to do with progesterone. Basically some people get it and some people dont and they monitor the outcome!

Thank you all so much. Am i right in thinking when you see a heartbeat at this point the statistics are well in your favour?

purpleviolet1 · 29/01/2017 11:09

Ginger that is amaaaazing!!!! So happy for you. Is the bleed a haemorrhage ? Like a blood clot?

Popcorn and everdene your scans are up next, good news usually comes in 3's!

MrsAlanPartridge · 29/01/2017 11:09

ginger fantastic news!!! I'm so happy for you!!
Smile

purpleviolet1 · 29/01/2017 11:10

Yes stats are in your favour as you are not far off 8 weeks. And each further day will just increase the stats even more.

2ducks2ducklings · 29/01/2017 11:11

Thanks for your kind words ladies. I relented and did another frer this morning and it was bfn. AF is starting to show her ugly face too, so it must have been another cp.
I'm strangely relieved. The not knowing would have killed me. I said after my last cp I wouldn't test until I was super late but had no will power and spent about £40 on tests this week. If I hadn't tested, I would have just assumed I was out a couple of days in my cycle. Grrr, I'm annoyed with myself for being so impatient.
Oh well, onto next month I go!
All the best ladies xxx

Naschkatze · 29/01/2017 11:13

Congratulations Ginger! So pleased for you. The odds are good so try to relax (we all know it's still hard. 36+2 and I'm still paranoid, but it does get better!)

Butterfly, hold on to the fact that it won't be long now. I've been reading about evening primrose oil and raspberry leaf - worth a try?

Baby has been in a good position for weeks, MW even said head was starting to engage on Thurs. But is it still possible for baby to turn? I don't want baby turning breech now to spoil my home birth plans! Bit paranoid because I think baby had hiccups this morning and I didn't feel it as low down...

jpeg28 · 29/01/2017 11:14

Ducks I'm really sorry that you are thinking it's another chemical. Can you see your gp to see if they can refer you? A chemical is still a miscarriage just early on and the fact you have had two can they not help?? I hope you get your bfp very very soon xxx

Naschkatze · 29/01/2017 11:15

2ducks Sorry - cross post. So sorry it hasn't worked out for you this time. Flowers

2ducks2ducklings · 29/01/2017 11:20

I have two children already. Perhaps I should just be grateful for what I have? We're thinking of booking a holiday to New York towards the end of the year, Sod's law says we'll book it and then get a BFP with a sticky egg!

Whatsername17 · 29/01/2017 11:33

Congratulations ginger!
