I'm really curious too.
I think we're going to have a gender scan.
I do think yours are one of each though Smile

Lolly2803 · 31/01/2017 18:17

Just shows how well protected the babies are. Sounds like the scan went SO well I am so pleased for you.
I've booked a scan for Mon 13th at the clinic. I'll be 16+2 then. Not only can I not wait till 20 weeks to see them again but I want them to check my cervix and everything.
We have a consultant appointment next week as well which I'm excited for. No sign of the nausea clearing up yet though. xxxx

Congratulations Bear! He (or she!) looks fab, you must be relieved.

Yes lolly post us your pics!

Had our NIPT test results today, all low risk, which is obviously good x

Lolly2803 · 31/01/2017 19:23

Wahoo well done!! Another tick MrsCrab!

Aw baby looks lovely Bear. So my pics aren't great as they were too busy doing headstands and jumping about. One i actually think looks like a bird! But here we go...what do you reckon? I have no idea with these things!

Argh it keeps not letting me upload...hang on

This is what ours looked like for 90% of the scan. Snapped purely for comedy value Wink

That's brilliant news mrscrab Smile what a great week!

Lolly it's taking forever to upload stuff, I don't think any scan pic is a thing of great beauty to be honest but they're fun to see!! X

Lolly2803 · 31/01/2017 20:17

I'm trying to upload but keeping getting an error message. Just testing to see if this works...

Bear2014 · 01/02/2017 08:36

Yay Elles - amazing! How many weeks are you? Xx

Blueroses99 · 01/02/2017 09:20

So pleased to hear all the good scan news Bear, Elles, Misteltoe, MrsC (feel like I've missed someone...? Sorry on the phone and can't scroll back)

Lolly I'm getting girl vibes for you!

I'm still waiting for my Harmony results. A lot going on for me at the moment, it's my last day of work today, got to finish packing tomorrow and then the stitch is booked for Friday so might go AWOL for a few days...

FraggleRock77 · 01/02/2017 11:15

I love the twin picture on the other thread Lolly! Like they're in bunk beds. Amazing! Good luck for Fri Blue. Would really like to hear how you get on? I've already convinced myself today that I'm no longer pregnant but if i get to the stitch date then being super informed by someone else's experience will really help x

Bear2014 · 01/02/2017 11:21

Fraggle - no! keep the faith! I am not really one to talk, but try to think positive xxx

Blue will be thinking of you on Friday. Hope you manage to relax and rest up after. And hope the Harmony comes back all clear. xx

Blueroses99 · 01/02/2017 18:43

Thanks Fraggle, and I will do. I've joined a short cervix club on antenatal which has been a wealth of knowledge, it's not hugely active but I'm learning from others' experiences. Perhaps join us over there when you're ready. The not feeling pregnant thing comes and goes but chances are that everything is fine.

Thank you Bear. The Harmony test results are all fine, very low risk (yay!) but the sex results have gone AWOL.

Last day of work - ✅

Lolly2803 · 01/02/2017 19:12

Good Luck with the last day Blue and great news on the Harmony results. Strange about the sex results!!

Fraggle you are pregnant!!! Keep positive! Make sure you get the assessment and care you need. Be forceful if you need to! Hope you're feeling ok.

Hope everyone else is doing ok! xx

Thanks for all the positive vibes! Just having a rubbish day. Will have a look at the cervix club Blue x

FraggleRock77 · 01/02/2017 20:39

Just had a quick read of the cervix thread Blue. Are you taking progesterone? I've read a lot about stitch material. Think micro fibre is recommended. Is your consultant a stitch specialist? x

FraggleRock77 · 01/02/2017 20:39

Sorry possibly should have posted on the other thread x

Blueroses99 · 01/02/2017 21:58

Fraggle yes I'm on 2x400mg of progesterone (continuing my IVF dosage). My consultant doesn't routinely prescribe progesterone but also doesn't take people off if they are already taking it. I've been asked to join the study to find out which stitch material is better but the verdict that microfibre is better was leaked last summer (I read them all as it was just after my loss) but the study isn't actually finished and the verdict is refuted. I've spoken to both my consultants and they believe that each thread has its merits under different circumstances. I've decided not to participate in the study because I want my consultant to decide which would be best for me. I realise that it's selfish but I am so risk averse right now! Yes the consultant that is doing it is very experienced with stitches. Let's pop over to the other thread if you want to chat more xx
