BrickieMum2 - I will check that thread out immediately! I thought I might be too early to join a due date thread, but why wait, I suppose?! And congratulations on your pregnancy...I suppose we're getting far enough in now to relax a TINY bit :).
Dobby - Congratulations on your pregnancy...I know that it takes a bit of time to sink in when you get pregnant straight after MC, but it does happen more than I thought. In fact when I saw my doctor about it, she said that it happened to her, and she carried a perfectly healthy baby to term. However, don't be surprised if someone at the EPAU isn't sure it's possible - I had an OB at my EPU tell me that I couldn't POSSIBLY be pregnant again so soon after my MMC and it must be retained tissue (there followed a scan where a perfectly healthy 7 week 4 day old embryo proved him very wrong!). So, don't be upset or surprised if people tell you you're wrong. YOU know you are pregnant. Also, don't be surprised if you're further along than you think - I was already pregnant 2.5 weeks after my D and C and had NO idea. Just my experience, but I'm so pleased for you :)
I cannot imagine being third trimester in this HEAT. It's bad enough being a tiny bit pregnant with no bump at all. Littlelady33 - I know what you mean about the air-con, ours at work makes the place like a freezer and it's GREAT.
I'm having a private scan in the morning just to check everything is ok as I had a mild breakdown last night after I couldn't find a heartbeat on my newly bought doppler (I have since been told multiple times by wonderful people on here that it's FAR TOO SOON to be concerned about that at 11+2 but you know what it's like after a MMC). I also had a LOT of very strange stabbing pain in my crotch area which was pretty awful.
I've had no bleeding at all, symptoms are all still there and the pain is gone, but I'm keeping the appointment as I've paid a £30 deposit and it's always good to see baby.
Keep me in your thoughts, I'll post an update when I have one tomorrow
Gem xx
