Gr33dyeggs · 27/04/2015 14:52

I'm in my maternity trousers today and they are sooooo comfy. My friend is passing me on some stuff seeing as mine from 7 years ago is largely awol.

Sorry to the poorly ones. I've not felt great again but stuffing my face is helping.

Bristolian1 · 27/04/2015 15:10

Amazing news MrsT! Grin

Barbiedoll79 · 27/04/2015 16:55

Sorry off topic but just turned when squatting and got a massive pain that took my breath away all across my knicker line (at the top) like when you pull it type thing but really strong pain is this something others have experienced? Or should I call epau?

Bristolian1 · 27/04/2015 16:58

Well I've just spoken to the GP about my abdominal pains and she's referred me for a scan tomorrow. I think she did it more for my sanity than anything else. Crazy thing is, I don't really want to go! Major scanxiety. Not sure if DH will make it either.

I'll be 6+4 - what should I expect if things are going OK? Should there be a heartbeat?

Barbiedoll79 · 27/04/2015 17:00

You might see a heartbeat but don't be surprised if you don't as sometimes won't be seen for another week or two :-)

It's really early still so may only see yolk sac and amniotic sac (that's all we could see) hth x

Bristolian1 · 27/04/2015 17:00

Sorry Barbie just cross-posted with you... Not sure what the answer is to your question as I've not experienced it. Hope you're ok.

Barbiedoll79 · 27/04/2015 17:35

Glad you got sorted :-)

Thanks Hun, spoke to midwife as she happened to call with blood test results and I asked her, she said unless it keeps happening don't worry it's probably because of past and current events and that if I wasn't pregnant is probably not think much of it :-) x

wispywoo1 · 27/04/2015 17:50

Barbie I keep getting pulling pains. Mainly if I roll over, sneeze, something like that.

My trousers are getting quite snug now. feel like I'm in limbo at the min. Don't want to buy stuff I'll grow out of but don't want to buy maternity stuff.

Great news on the scan Mrs!

Amyyy27 · 27/04/2015 18:03

barbie i get them quite often especially when sneezing, twisting my body things like that and midwife said they are perfectly normal :) its only natural for us to worry after what we have all been through x

Barbiedoll79 · 27/04/2015 19:00

Thanks guys just the reassurance I needed :-)

keys27 · 27/04/2015 19:15

HI guys im feeling better today thank you. I dont think it will last but for now his sorry and I just need to get past these next few weeks as you all understand. I will make sure I get things in order now start thinking of the future. chasing thanks hun for the advice its reassuring knowing other people have been through it and are much happier. xxx

mrst Fantastic news on scan.

barbie I get them pains a lot especially in my right side. I dont know if its on a certain sidemore but EPU said to me I ovulated on my right side so some people experience weird stretching pains etc.

Bris Good luck for scan tomorrow. I had a scan at what i thought I was 6 weeks 4 days and all they see was sac anf yolk and baby measuring 5 weeks as u can imagine the next 10 days were tourcher however went back when I was measuring 6 weeks 4 days and they see the little bean and a small heartbeat. everyone is different some people dont see a heartbeat until 8 weeks as dates get mixed up and you conceived later etc. Me and you still have a long way to go ay hun.

I will be 8 weeks tomorrow have my scan on friday. I am nervous as I have had this pain and had a really stressful few days. Some symptoms have gone as well :(. I am sure things will be ok though. When you see a heartbeat am I right in thinking your chances of mc go down?

xxx

mrsthoree3009 · 27/04/2015 20:55

Thankyou everyone :)

Did anyone make a facebook group in the end? If so what is the link or what is it called? X

Amyyy27 · 27/04/2015 21:11

onefootinthebed · 27/04/2015 21:45

Glenpip77 · 27/04/2015 22:51

I'm still here atm - does anyone on the Facebook group alread fancy taking on admin of the group so you can add new people?

Glenpip77 · 27/04/2015 22:52

Mrs if you pm me your Facebook details I will send a fried request and then add you to the group Smile

Amyyy27 · 28/04/2015 07:27

I dont mind glenpip what do i need to do?

Bristolian1 · 28/04/2015 08:55

I'm already in sports bra onefoot not quite far enough along for maternity ones yet. The girls are huge and so sore at night!

Keys I'm glad you're feeling a bit better. Thanks for the encouraging words. I'm just at the EPU waiting for my scan now, wish DH was here... Pains are still there but no worse, so hoping it'll just be a case of confirming everything is in the right place today. Trying not to hope for seeing a heartbeat so I'm not disappointed.

Barbiedoll79 · 28/04/2015 08:58

Best of luck today :-) x

Amyyy27 · 28/04/2015 08:59

Good luck bristolian hope its good news for you! X

Bristolian1 · 28/04/2015 09:55

Saw a little bean in the right place, and even had a faint heartbeat. All looks ok for my dates according be to the ultrasonographer. Am relieved for the moment (though we did have this with the last mc). Does anyone know what the stat is for miscarriage after seeing heartbeat? Is the risk one in 10 now?
