16 weeks and started bleeding, what do I do?

I've just been to the toilet and noticed blood. I'm not sure what to do now. My last pregnancy ended in miscarriage at 9 weeks and I rang the early pregnancy unit at the hospital. Do I do the same now I'm 16 weeks?

Have had scan, baby is fine thank god. They don't know what caused the bleeding but said everything looks ok for now. Thank you for all your good wishes.
