Tell me this is some sort of false shit line please? I have been having regular periods, my last was around the 11th, but I've been slowly putting on weight around my stomach but I thought it must be because of christmas binging.

Anyway on Friday night I had a horrific pain in my stomach and it's all massive and bloated, I posted here about it and people asked if it was possible I could be pregnant and I said no.

I went to the emergency doctor who also asked this and I said no. I'm on the mini pill but do throw up a lot, but we don't DTD that often and we haven't been caught in over 3 years of being together so I just thought it must be fine.

But being a paranoid human I went and bought a cheap test from savers today 'clear and simple' and have just taken the test and thought it was fine but I looked closer and I saw this faint line. It appeared after 2 minutes.

It's very faint. Tell me theres other explanations for this? Please?

Well it may just be a normal pregnancy however with the fact you have had pain and periods...

Has anyone else had pain and periods and it all been fine?

With my ectopic I had no periods ( that will have been a withdrawal bleed and not a 'real' period).

With my successful pregnancies I had really sore ovulation pain and then ovary pain as the cyst in the ovary pumps out the hormones that maintain the pregnancy ( first several weeks)

I had a lot of bleeding a pain like I've never felt before (despite 3 labours with no painkillers) it was cysts bursting on my ovary. I was on morphine for a long time.

I wasn't pregnant at the time but I've successfully had babies since.

It could be OP. I really hope that it's something benign. Just watch yourself. If you are pale, nauseous and dizzy get yourself back to A&E pronto. Try to put your feet up and relax.

When I had my ectopic I had brown bleeding not heavy and only stomach pain it wasn't serve though.

I've had pain with other pregnancies too and blood with this one due to a heamotoma (sp)

I'm always pale, nauseous and dizzy low iron and bad stomach.

Never this painful though.

I'm suprised they didn't do a scan to at least check for ectopic. I know the Hcg is low but it often is in ectopics. It also is in early pregnancy so no reason to absolutely be sure it is something bad? Try and stay positive until you know.

They said they wouldn't be able to see anything

Gosh they sound useless! What if you are further along? How will they know without a scan? How is your pain now?

I don't know if this would help, but my ectopic line never got darker than this and i was around 5 weeks.

I'm ok it's manageable but I haven't moved yet. It's worse when I move

Where is the pain? Is it still burning? Did they check your appendix?

When I was pregnant with my dd ( now 9)

I had just got my bfp and the awful pain in my side was horrendous. I was convinced something awful as never had before.

It went in for a couple of weeks. Never found out what it was.

Also was your bleeding a normal period like? Could it of been implantation bleed at all?

I can't believe they didn't scan you it may have shown something like a build up of fluid up.

If the pain gets worse please go to a&e asap.

The pains on the left so not the appendix apparently. Although right now, lay on my back, not having moved for 3 hours, I can't feel anything

My last 2 pregnancys had one sided pain before testing. I went to gp about it for the 1st and came out after being told I was pregnant. I then had the same pain again I June and tested and I'm a week off my c section. I also bled in the early weeks too. Hope your ok OP? X

What an awful few days!
I'm very surprised they didn't scan you. Do you have an early pregnancy clinic near you? They scanned my SIL very very early on and were able to act on it. Waiting really, really isn't good advice.

Whatever happens, you'll be fine. You are one of life's troopers. You'll get on with it because you don't have any choice. Whether that's accepting it wasn't meant to be or having the baby. Try not to think too far ahead, just trust in yourself. X

Just wanted to chip in here and wish you the best OP. I recall your posts about DS and you sound like a wonderful mother.

I was crying a bit when I came home and that worried DS I think, so I just told him that I was crying because it smelt of trumps and he was happy with that.

I feel horribly constipated as well.

She said if she scanned she wouldn't be able to see anything so there was no point, it would be way too small.

She did that where she put her fingers inside me and outside and pressed and i almost jumped off the bed it hurt so much. She also put one of those metal things in and looked at my cervix.

Why am I so swollen though?
