Does anybody have an tips for this 33 weeks pregnant mama on dealing with hit weather?

I just read it might get to 30c in my area on Thurs/Fri and I nearly cried. Stuffy days and miserable long, hot nights are getting the better of me. And to top it off, my HG is 3x worse when I'm hot and tired, so I puke all day too!

Help!

carried eldest daughter n middle daughter all thru 3rd tri, thru july and august, had gallstones with middle so medication made me sweat and itch, just used to sleep in pants under a sheet with windows open and a fan on, one tip i thought was helpful keep several flannels in fridge n use them for your feet/forehead. otherwise its moving to alaska/siberia! x

I am 27 weeks and so far am finding it manageable. What really helps me is going for a swim in the evening (gets a cheeky bit of exercise in too ;-) and copious glasses of apple juice with sparkling water, lime and plenty of ice! I actually admitted defeat yesterday afternoon and sat out in the garden, managed to get a gentle breeze which was heavenly.
