...because yesterday I cried because we ran out of raisins.

Proper full-on sobbing. I wasn't trying to cook something with them or anything. It wasn't some kind of culinary emergency. I just noticed we had run out.

Can anyone make me feel less pathetic by sharing their own stupid crying stories?

Ta.

Inglori0us · 10/02/2014 17:54

I bought loose leaf tea rather than tea bags. Why the fuck does that stuff even exist?

MollyDoublyBarrely · 10/02/2014 20:05

No more explosive crying but I was sent this over FB earlier with the line (clip from family guy).....

"This is you. Stop getting pregnant!!!"

AchingBad · 11/02/2014 02:12

londonkiwi · 11/02/2014 10:20

I was teary at EVERYONE's facebook video that I saw.

I cried when Maria and the Captain got married when watching The Sound of Music with my kids .... ridiculous.

Barbsta · 11/02/2014 10:23

bebbeau · 11/02/2014 10:26

Dd loves the film frozen at the moment and it's always on in our house.

I cry at the bit where Anna is singing do you wanna build a snowman, and presses her face up against Elsa's door and says "it doesn't have to be a snowman" she's just so desperate and lonely and doesn't understand why she can't see her sister

My dad was at my house fixing a cat flap and noticed I'd forgotten my lunch so brought it into school for me. I was in tears about this amd still feeling very emotional an hour later!

Barbsta · 11/02/2014 10:29

My husband fell down the stairs with nothing but a robe on to answer the door to my mam. He managed to lose his robe half way down the stairs get one foot stuck under the passage door and tried to grab onto something but ended up snapping off a coat hook. Completely spread eagle at the bottom of the stairs naked lol just glad my mam didn't look through the doors letter thing! I couldn't breath for laughing but I was crying at the same time

appletree100 · 11/02/2014 10:37

Homelander I also cried over Davina's hypothermia/exhaustion just now.

AchingBad · 11/02/2014 11:33

Yes, I could cry over the facebook 'movies'... because they are so excruciatingly tedious.

Writerwannabe83 · 11/02/2014 11:54

I broke down yesterday in an emotional wreck because I couldn't get my sock on my left foot Sad Because of my bump I couldn't life my leg high enough to hook my sock over my foot and I couldn't stop crying. I just sat on my bed, all alone, crying and feeling very sorry for myself......

eepie · 11/02/2014 13:32

I've just cried because me Subway sandwich was too soggy and just nasty and I wasted money on it. My husband was quite alarmed, but then it was partly his fault for buying stinky cheese & onion crisps.

x0gawjus0x · 13/02/2014 13:01

I cried because we had no potatoes and I reeeeaaallly wanted cheesy mash :(

Missingcaffeine · 13/02/2014 14:36

Just spent 20 mins on cold fire exit stairs near my office crying because the team were giving me too many problems to deal with. The thing is, these problems are nothing more than a pretty standard day, as it's my job to deal with problems because I'm the team lead. Today this did not feel like something I could do and I had to make an emergency call to my boss, who came running, took one look at me and sent me home. I'm now in bed crying because I'm embarrassed at how pathetic I am.

Inglori0us · 13/02/2014 15:23

I welled up this morning when I saw a little spider that had been living in my bathroom, all soggy and mangled on the bottom of the shower after I'd had my shower.

mmgirish · 14/02/2014 09:24

The first time I was pregnant I broke my heart crying when I watched an older lady say goodbye and happy Christmas to her grown up son at the door to the airport. When I realised they wouldn't be spending Christmas together I started bawling! Dh was very embarrassed.

I cried at my Facebook video the other day too when I saw that my most liked posts were my baby announcement and the post about how my son had made it though his open heart surgery at 5 months old...now I'm crying again...bloody pg hormones!

Spaghettinetti · 14/02/2014 09:45

I cried like a 3 year old the other day when I realised I'd left my umbrella at the hospital. My husband gave me a teddy to hug...I must have looked so pathetic...

My DH came back from Germany late last night with a massive packet of Lindor. I was overcome with emotion. This was shortly after I cried at Big Ballet when one of the dancers had to pull out because she fractured her foot.

I'm so lame.
