Punctual first born babies?

So just a general enquiry really... I'm currently 35w with my first and feeling like It may come early! No real grounds for this other than plenty of BH etc... I think most first time mums often feel this way?
However google seems indicate that most first born's are late...
Did anyone on here have an early first child or even a due date baby?

I assumed all first babies were late thanks to all the dire warnings. Ds arrived at 38+3 :)

Mine was very close. Due a friday, cxns started sunday am, born early hours of mon.

Oh and i didnt have a single Bh, no show, and waters had to be broken.

DS was 6 weeks early.

Dc1 2 days early.
Dc2 2 days late.
Dc3 13 days late.

Dd1 - went into labour at 39+6 and she was born on due date. I was also a due date baby. Perhaps we're just punctual!

No they aren't all late, they aren't all early, some are on time.

It's fun trying to guess but it's just that, a guess!

I went into labour the day DS was due but labour was 2 days long so he
Was actually 2 days late

My first was born at 37 weeks with no early warning signs.

Went to bed feeling completely normal at 10:30pm. Awoke at about midnight to waters breaking. Still no pain, arrived at hospital at about 1:30. slight discomfort, pretty much constant pain from about 2am to 2:30 - examined and found to be almost 10cm dilated !

Baby born at just after 7am :)

So 7 hours from thinking that I'd have at least another 3 weeks to go to snuggling with my baby :)

DS arrived at 38 +2 and I didn't have any BH

Dd1 was born at 39weeks precisely- I was so convinced by all the hype that I thought something was wrong, not that I was in labour.

I had no BH at all and he was born 4 days early, think BH's can go on for weeks!

DD was born on her due date, as was I.

8 days late so far and no sign of baby making an appearance today. Meh

DS1 - bang on due date!
DD - 13 days late
DS2 - bang on due date!

My daughter has always done things in her own time

My beautiful baby girl who is now a nearly 4yr old was born week 33+3

Dd1 was 4 days early.

Ds was 10 days early.

Dd2 was 22 days early (induced).

I've never gone over my date!!

I was convinced DS was going to come early. Loads of BH and just had a "feeling".

He was two weeks late after 3 sweeps and finally induction. Best of luck though. Hope your little one turns up promptly. The hanging around at the end gets frustrating and exhausting.

DD was born in her due date- so vey punctual! I didn't have any BH before things started though

My DD was 2 days early, no early signs either, was woken up at 5.30 with what felt like a period pain that went off then reappeared 20 minutes later, my plug appeared within the hour, the contractions got closer together and stronger and never stopped until she appeared 30 hours later.

I was knackered!!

DS was seven days early, I only got one day of my maternity leave lying on the sofa, watching Miss Marple and eating Maltesers. I'd planned on at least a fortnight.

DC2 was 13 days early.

Yep due 3rd March born 27th Feb not much but early.
