Eatchocolatedrinkgreentea · 23/07/2013 23:32

Hi ladies, well my little prince is here! Harry Thomas was born at 3.52am today weighing 7lb 6oz. He was here 2 hours after being told I was 4cm. A lot quicker than with DS1. Lol
Hope your little princes or princesses come soon. Xx

Reebok · 23/07/2013 23:39

Aw eatchoc congrats! That's wonderful news! Hope you're both ok?

Congrats eatchoc fab news.

Don't go marushka, all in the same boat.

So DTD again tonight. Doesn't seem to have had much effect other than stopping me sleeping. And given me reflux. Feel quite restless. Grrrrrrr.

TomDaleysTrunks · 24/07/2013 00:26

zing where do you live? Will def waddle over!

RememberingMyPFEs · 24/07/2013 00:39

waves fx that this is it Thanks

Eatchocolatedrinkgreentea · 24/07/2013 01:51

Thanks Ladies. I'm sure it'll happen for you all soon. I think it was my sweep that the midwife at the hospital did, she was a lot rougher than the community midwife was. Lol ouch! X

cogitosum · 24/07/2013 02:03

Aargh careful what you wish for... I have woken up with back ache and cramp... Doesn't seem to be timed so not labour but more painful than anything I've had so far...

cogitosum · 24/07/2013 02:04

Congratulations eatchoc!

wavesandsmiles · 24/07/2013 02:11

Congrats eatchoc!!

I managed to doze for a couple of hours but now wide awake again and ow. Ow. Patio is bathed in the most beautiful blue light of the moon though.

TomDaleysTrunks · 24/07/2013 07:23

Any news cogito and waves?
Still here and still fecking whale sized. So much for slides, full moon, curry and a shag getting this baby out.

cogitosum · 24/07/2013 07:27

Nope... Cramping stopped about 3am and I got some sleep. I'm hoping it did something though and may make induction easier.

I don't believe any of those... I've tried them all and nothing! I reckon when people say it worked for them it's just coincidence and the baby would've come out anyway they just happen to have had a curry the night before or whatever. I'm giving up now and just going to relax til Friday

Reebok · 24/07/2013 07:36

Arghhhhhhh another night of pain and nothing either! I'm still pregnant and want to cry. A friend of mine has just messaged to say her waters have just broken. I'm happy for her but fed up!! What is wrong with this baby??? Get out!

ZingWidge · 24/07/2013 07:49

reebok
nothing wrong with baby apart from being a lazy little shitGrin

DS2 was 2 weeks ol, our oldest niece was 16 days old...
in fact apart from DS4, who was ELSC 5 days before due date, all of mine were late!

I can't tell you anything else, but to try and be patient.
cry if you must, I know how frustrating it is!
but when you calm down you'll see that there's no point in getting het up, baby will come when ready ( or nudged out). and tensing up doesn't help so please try and relax.
(hugs)

Reebok · 24/07/2013 07:57

Lol zing! Too right! She is!!

Right deep calming breaths...she will come when she's ready...

wavesandsmiles · 24/07/2013 08:01

I'm still in so much pain here but manage a nap of nearly an hour. I have an appointment with my consultant at 11.30 and if its still this bad will have to get a lift as driving is not going to be possible.

Still no sign of an actual baby though!

mrsspagbol · 24/07/2013 08:12

Massive bloody mucous injection situation this morning at 4am.

Now just mega crampy and achy in the down below regions. Had marshalled bullied DH into an early morning walk last night but am now feeling like staying in bed all day but he's already dressed Shock.

Good luck to those with signs!

Isitme1 · 24/07/2013 08:25

Oooh I hope you have the baby soon twin!
Not really caught up but while both of the boys are asleep I thought id come and say hi.
(And drink cuppa at the same time)
Feel a lil better this morning. Managed to get up and have baby dressee by 7am and then we both went back to bed lol.

How is everyone else?
Miss smarty pants is right hence the name.
These babies will come when they want to!
X

cogitosum · 24/07/2013 08:33

Just lost lots of mucus and getting lower back pain and cramps... Could be on the way!

I don't want to get my hopes up but this is he first time anything like this has happened!

Mrsspagbol I can be your new twin!

cogitosum · 24/07/2013 08:55

What's the difference between losing your plug and having a show? I thought they were the same thing but on here people seem to use them differently.

Following the sweep yesterday I had browny bleeding and then this morning thick bloody mucus!
