Hi, I know its early but I just woke about an hour ago to a trickle of bright red blood, went and had a wee and a clot about the size of a golf ball came out, followed by more red blood, I checked clot and it doesnt look like a fetus, just a clot. im 9.5 weeks and dont know where to turn to at this hour.

So pleased for you!

But also very cross on your behalf at your midwife for how she dealt with it.

Hope this was a one off and you are able to relax and enjoy your pregnancy.

So happy this had a great ending but appalled by the midwife's attitude.

weeblueberry · 07/01/2013 15:29

Oh green I am genuinely so so happy to read this! I'm actually welling up!!

Congratulations on your impending little troublemaker! Wink

SpringFlowers · 07/01/2013 15:38

I only just read this whole thing - congratulations! I had ten weeks of bleeding from week five to week fifteen including two big red bleeds. I was convince no baby could survive. Currently 38+3 and feeling laboury Smile. I hope the rest of your pregnancy is boring and uneventful.

Hangingbellyofbabylon · 07/01/2013 16:05

I'm so pleased for you - I had this kind of bleeding and in one case it was a m/c and the other resulted in my first baby. I hope everything settles down now for you - heart beat is so reassuring.

JessicaMLH · 07/01/2013 17:37

Congratulations! What good news, shame your midwife was so unsupportive though Angry. Put your feet up and rest Smile

berri · 07/01/2013 17:40

green I've been following this, as I had a lot of bleeding with DS and he was/is fine! So pleased to see your update Thanks
