Due in June after miscarriage?

After several miscarriages I just got several BFP's plus dizziness and sickness :) ... But I am terrified!! Not sure I have the confidence yet in this pregnancy to join an antenatal thread.

Anyone else? Want to wait it out together?

How's everyone doing?
I've got another scan tomorrow morning, I'm so nervous. Really praying its not another mmc like last time.
Any ideas on how to relax tonight?

Littlemiss - If you're up all night you can follow the US election results? I kind of want to but am too tired. Otherwise a good movie, a bath...an early night? I'm rubbish at being nervous, I go inward and just want to curl up and sleep until it's all over.

I'm feeling quite good now, I've discovered those sickness wrist bands - they ACTUALLY work! Nausea still there but they've really taken the edge off. And I haven't been sick since, which is fine by me. (Got a big paranoid that I was losing hormones so took them off...that didn't last long!) I can't believe I didn't know about them last time with DD.

I've had a bath and watched a DVD with DH. I may watch the elections if I can't sleep
I also have the sickness bands, they are pretty good. Just feel like an idiot wearing though so need to make sure my sleeves cover them! I also find they get uncomfortable after a while, but that might just be me?

Off for my scan today. I'll let you all know how I got on.

Just got my appointment through for my scan on Monday. I should be almost 8 weeks by then so I suppose if there's no heartbeat then there isn't going to be one.

Still no bleeding though which I'm clinging to...

Great news!!!!! I am earlier than we thought but today I saw a six week baby and a heartbeat!! Thank you all for your support. Hope I will relax a bit now. Fingers crossed for you all. Hope today goes well LittleMiss.

Bean has grown a week and still a heartbeat! Got another scan next wk and she is happy to scan me every week if I want. Showing smaller than my dates but only by a few days.
It's been a good day! Hope everyone else is ok

Had a bout of food poisoning or something Friday and Saturday which took my mind of it a bit but now I'm a wreck..

It's at 2pm so i'll report back with elation or devastation around 3!

Fingers crossed for you and try to think positive. It's difficult I know because I feel exactly the same for my scan on wed, that i'm going to get there and no hb and stopped growing. Still feel rough but its so difficult trying to work out if its a bug or pg symptoms!

It's weekly scan day. Terrified again I'm really not sure if this puts me more or less at ease.
I'll let you know how I get on.

I went for a private scan on Monday. Its 8 weeks so we were hoping to see a heartbeat because its such a long wait until the 12 week mark.
At the scan, the sonographer said the sac was only measuring 5 and a half weeks. She couldn't see an embryo or heartbeat. She could see the yolk sac.
I don't know what to think. I know exactly when we conceived.
She said her machines not as good as a hospital one (they don't say that on the advertising bumf!) so I've a scan in the Early Pregnancy Unit today.
I'm hoping for a miracle today at the scan.
For whoever's reading this could send some positive thoughts this way.
Its been a rough few months after going straight from last miscarraige in September to this.
The sonographer at the private scan had a terrible manner and was non-comittal and offputting and eager to get us out the door. It was a horrible experience. I'm not sure of her credentials and the speed at which she said the sac is far too small to be 8 weeks didn't give me any confidence. Although I guess she does this everyday too so knows what she is doing.

I can't think about anything else other than this scan today. Longest wait of my life.
