What did your first baby weigh? And then what did your second?

I'm just interested to know!

My first baby was born term (40+1) at 6lb 10.

Currently due with second and they've averaged him to be around 7.5 - 8lbs.

Just wondering if there tends to be a general trend? How much bigger are second than first? Then are third even bigger...?

Son 9lbs 8oz, 40 + 3; daughter 9lbs 4ozs, 40 + 1; 10 year gap, daughter 9lbs 13ozs, 40 + 7! Labour with elder daughter was BY FAR the best! Good luck!

DS1 7lb8 (39wks)
DD1 9lb9 (39wks)
DS2 9lb1 (11 days late)
DD2 8lb2 (39wks)

and I was 8lb12, followed by DB1 at 9lb15, then dainty DB2 at 8lb3 (or thereabouts, I think!)

DD1 weighed 7lb 1oz at 41+2 wks. DD2 also weighed 7lb 1oz at 42 wks :)

DD 6lb 4.5oz at 41 weeks
DS 7lb 6.5oz at 39 weeks

9.11 @ 39 weeks.
10.13 @ 42 weeks

Dd was 7lbs 9 at 40+8
Ds was 8lbs 5 at 40+4

8.13 at 42w
8.13 at 40+1

Son 1: 51bs 150z - 3 weeks early
Son 2: 5lbs 40z - 7 weeks early

ds 7.1lb at 38 wks
dd 8.1lb at 40 +2
dd2 7.12.5 at 40 +0

8.4 at 40 weeks
8.15 41 + 3

DS1: 7lb 7oz (38+2)
DS2: 9lb 2oz (41+4)

DS1 8.11 @ 42
DS2 9.5 @ 40 (due date)
DS3 9.13 @ 40+ 3
8 yr gap
DS4 9.4 cs @ 39

Diagnosed with gestational diabetes with ds4 but suspect I had it with all 4. All born big then lost and stabilised. Good luck!

DD - 7lb 10oz at 40+3

I'm hoping that when we eventually have DC3 s/he will be smaller again.

DD was 6lb 6oz at 39 weeks
DS was 7lb 15oz at 40+2 weeks
Currently nearly 22 weeks pregnant with dc3 and massive lol, so no clue what this baby is gonna weigh lol xx

Was induced with dd who is now nearly 11 and ds, 5 was an emergency c section. DD's birth and labour was sooo much easier than DS . Good luck xxx

8lb 3oz at 40+13 rather glad I didn't get another leap up the weight charts!

DD at 40+5 weighed 8lb 12oz
DS at 40 weighed 9lb 6oz

Ds1 9lb 15.5oz 41+6
Ds2 9lb 14.5oz 40 exactly

Currently pregnant with dc#3 and expecting another big baby (and big bump at some point!)

DD1= 7lb exactly 40+4
DD2= 8lb 6oz 40+8
