Labour must be close because not only am I absolutely starving, exhausted but unable to sleep let alone well!
But I swear if DP's elbow touches my arm one more time I will throttle him!
I cannot stand anyone near me and nearly everything is driving me mad with misery.
I am also highly emotional.

Quick update: DD2 (DC3) born last night after less than 4 hours of established labour. All a bit quick, but she is lovely and her big bro and sister are delighted. Now I just need to persuade her to eat and all will be well!

Got my TENS today! Does anyone know if the pads are universal size wise?

As in if you are fat or thin or do different machines take different sizes? I have no idea, I just couldn't work out the question

I can't use them anyway - I'm allergic to nickel and the pads contain nickel as one of the conductors.

Now, bit of a show here this am, feeling a bit nauseous and wildly emotional - but where are the darn contractions?

I've had the runs this afternoon (sorry for the TMI) accompanied by lots of low down cramps and backache, leaky boobs, feeling restless and emotional but that's all so far. I'm veering between being desperate for this baby to make an appearance and wanting to put labour off for as long as possible!

DP is off to the cinema tomorrow to see transformers so I hope I don't go into labour while he's out

My due date is approaching fast only 4 days left!
I knew there was a reason why i was taking raspberry leaf tablets (before i ran out) rather than the tea..........its disgusting!!
Thankfully its much cooler today, my feet are almost back to normal!

Where do you get raspberry leaf tablets from?

i got them from a little health food type shop in Richmond (N.YORKS). Thats where Boots sent me when they didn't sell them. So im guessing all health food shops will have them in stock.

feel so much better today, its cooled right down now, low twenties, but still bright sunshine so its perfect. Got some housework done, including bathroom and my worst job dusting. Packed ebay parcels and got smallest ds to actually pack away his toys!! Now chiilling to a bit of nick jr, lunch then nursery run. Feel so much more normal today, so taking that means labour def not iminent!

ditto tadd and i've got backache mind you i've been having false starts all week been to the hospital with twice since last tuesday and although they can confirm i am in fact having regular and strong contractions they aren't doing anything and keep going away apparently it's called false labour at the doctors tommorrow tho hopefully to book an inducement (they want to induce me early) i didn't really want one initially but i am f**ing fed up now i actually think the last few weeks of pregnancy are worse than the labour at least when you are in labour you know for a fact you're nearly done.

i had tummy cramps and twinges all morning, they have buggered off all gone now tho!
I know wat u mean, i just want it to be over now! If this carries on much longer i might turn to the !!

babytwit arrived at home at 2106 weighing 7lb 14. he is very cute obviously but bloody hell it was hot hot hot.
am dreading eagerly awaiting the inlaws. can't wait for my milk to come in either.
