Well, I broke off watching tv to come upstairs and check out your news GOML (or should I say POMS?)

Sorry you are disappointed with the negative but wow to the news that you are going to try for a baby! Hope you have lots of fun going for your positive Smile

ChaosTrulyReigns · 13/01/2011 22:33

Cornering sounds foine. Grin

I could entertain you with tales of my loss of the 4th vowel and AbsOfC has witticisms to share about the joy that is London Commuting that she feels would add to any Dinner Party.

We would so rock!

I was still having negative tests at 9+ weeks with dd and had to have the pregnancy confirmed with a scan so there may be hope yet.... those of us with weird periods sometimes do the whole thing completely wrong Wink

Good luck SWI anyway and bless your dd for being so supportive and kind about it

TrillianAstra · 13/01/2011 22:58

I'm leaving on a jetplane
Don't know when I'll be back again

I'm pissing on a red stick
To know when I will ovulate

Just continuing the plane theme : o

MrsYamada · 13/01/2011 23:04

Have fun ttc! Smile

nickelbabysnatcher · 13/01/2011 23:09

just got back form bellydancing - :( GOML that it's negative, but come and join us on the Viroids thread now you're properly trying.

so good news out of the bad., eh?

I'll read the thread properly when I'm at work tomorrow.

floozietoozie · 13/01/2011 23:11

Jesus Christ, this is the second night running I have followed the POAS drama rather than going to bed to get in a few measly hours sleep before getting up to feed dd (3.5months).

I am shattered Grin.

GOML/POMS - I'll almost certainly never be TTCing again after my two traumatic and early births and I am ageing rapidly - so get out there and do it for me!! Seriously, sorry you haven't had a positive result yet but bloody good luck with SWI. Ooh, the drama to come

Shodan · 13/01/2011 23:22

Aw. Sorry 'bout your neg res.

But fab news about TTC.

blackeyedsusan · 13/01/2011 23:28

oh nana, you ovulating today? WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU WASTING TIME ON MN FOR?

bugger, I missed all the excitement

good luck ttc

Figgyrolls · 13/01/2011 23:28

Nickel, I love that you save the thread for work! Isn't that what being your own boss is about? Excellent!

Serendippy · 13/01/2011 23:34

I'm shagging on a jet plane*,
Cos I think I'm ovulating again
*(and everywhere else I can)

Continuing TrillianAstra's excellent plane theme. This is the kind of plane you were referring to, POMS ? Bear

Love the new name Grin

Saggyoldclothcatpuss · 13/01/2011 23:57

scuse me for tattle taling, but did anyone notice that Showofhands never told what happened when she POAS?
(or did I miss it?!)

ChippingIn · 14/01/2011 00:24

Oi OLIVE

Sorry :(

Still at least now you get the fun of practising!!

Loving, loving, loving your DD... I just can't imagine ever telling my Mum I hope she has lots of sex Grin

But you aren't off the hook entirely are you... breasts still feel funny, tests have been wrong in the past.

Still shag yourselves silly all weekend anyway Grin

Megglevache · 14/01/2011 00:25

Seriously.
Anyone else got itchy tits now?

Saggyoldclothcatpuss · 14/01/2011 00:30

Me, me! I know I'm slightly obsessed, but they've been a little achy too and DP said I look like someone has drawn veins on my chest and breasts with a blue felt tip! Confused

AbsofCroissant · 14/01/2011 07:44

Aw, sorry it was negative.

It kind of reminds me of the episode of Friends, when Phoebe tells Rachel that her test is negative, and Rachel gets all upset and Phoebe says "now you know how you really feel about the baby" or something like that.

anyway - good luck with all the TTCing!

MayorNaze · 14/01/2011 07:48

well good morning children

and commiserations GetOrf (though have another peeing sesh nxt week just to be sure :))

and if you are going to ttc i'm sorry, you do seem rather marvellous but i really can't trawl through 700+ posts every time you POAS, just send me a DM or something when you get a + Grin

best of luck :)

I mark it on the calendar when I am due on. Last month I only counted 3 weeks instead of four. This month I had marked a star on the calendar to remind myself I had written an appointment on the wrong day. This is the symbol I use for when I am due on Hmm therefore assuming I was due on on Wed (God this is long and boring). I checked and going on the date marked on Dec I am not even due until Sunday. It is all the calendars fault for stopping on Jan 3rd 2011.

This is exactly why I want a mobile that has an alarm to go off every four weeks.

Did I mention DH has had the snip so a new baby is 100% not happening anyway Hmm.

thegoodishlife · 14/01/2011 08:27

Did Reality POAS??????

POMS, so sorry you got a negative but at least you now have all the fun of ttc to look forward too!! :) I have been following this since the other thread and it is so lovely, a shining example of how MN pulls together and is exactly the reason I come on here.

Good Luck ttc!! I look forward to another POAS thread soon :)

And I had repressed my own broodiness, slightly.
I found myself waking up dh at 4 am this morning. Hmm Blush

AbsofCroissant · 14/01/2011 08:53

I hear you Quint - on the way into work this morning, I was picturing myself holding a snuggly newborn.

Damn you GOML!

TrillianAstra · 14/01/2011 08:56

No Abs - don't do it! Stand firm!
