Yey! Misty that's great news!

GwendolineMaryLacey · 18/01/2011 18:06

Hi all. Well I'm still here, nearly 11 weeks now and still no symptoms. Have my scan on the 31st but it seems ages away. I am utterly convinced that it's all over, keep telling myself that I should be able to feel something! What doesn't help is that although it's my second and bump would probably show earlier, I'm so lardarsed that I wouldn't be able to tell by looking until about 38 weeks!

Don't think EPU would scan for no reason and I can't justfiy the £100 odd for a private scan so close to the other one. I hate this!

Good news though Misty. Glad all is as it should be :)

Wombat33 · 18/01/2011 18:09

Good luck Gwen everyday is a step closer to that scan!

lonelyhousewife · 18/01/2011 21:56

I didn't get symptoms until 8 weeks that is when I started feeling sick! The rest, sore bbs etc is what i get when i ovulate AND have AF so I guess I didn't notice it!

laylasmummy09 · 18/01/2011 23:33

not the same now as my babies are growing. But with DD, I did not know i was pg til 5wks and a pg test, but absolutely no symptoms whatseover til 7-8 weeks, then mild sickness, followed by not so mild sickness, followed by HG!

I hope this pg works out for you. Good luck

laylasmummy09 · 19/01/2011 17:27

laylasmummy whoop for the 3+! Know what you mean about the mild MS. It has now arrived for me and I keep saying to DH: "I feel awful. But that's a good thing!" and he keeps shaking his head and asking how long I'm going to maintain it's a good thing before I'm just complaining Grin

laylasmummy09 · 19/01/2011 18:13

Grin if i get the ms ill be exactly the same for about 3 days then ill want to get rid of it but im hoping that ill cope better than i did last time and realise that its just part of a healthy pregnancy and be thankful for that, i spoke to my mum today and she said she never had any symptoms with my sister so maybe ill just be lucky Smile

Morning &Laylasmummy*. I'm sorry your still feeling worried. Those digi test cannot be relied on definatively so please don't worry too much on that basis. Many things could cause a different result - how long you'd held you pee foor, how dilute/concentrated it was. I'm keeping everything crossed for you that it's all okay. Not long til your scan now x

chelstonmum · 21/01/2011 12:34

Try not to worry (easier said than done). I am 5+2 and have very few symptoms, other than when I need to pee I NEED TO PEE and certain smells make me feel a bit sick. But this is baby number three and with my ds I slept and threw up for the first 4mths, however with my dd I had no symptoms, still had periods and lost weight until around 28weeks. I then expanded and period stopped, finaly delivering a helthy 7lb girl (a whole 7oz bigger than her brother)at 37+2! x

laylasmummy09 · 21/01/2011 14:50

Hi everyone had a look at ur threat as im now 12weeks and still no symptoms! my tummy def biggee, some nose bleeds and tired but nothing else at all. I have read a few things and they all say count yourself lucky everyone is different lets just hope everything is ok for us all and we are just the 50% who don't get sickness - apparently it is that high! im also still waiting for my first scan so can totally understand the worry and anxiety you are feeling x

LadyInPink · 23/01/2011 19:48

laylasmummy09 · 23/01/2011 21:48

hi everybody, thanks for your messages, i didnt get to see an out of hours gp, just kept getting put through to nhs direct and they werent helpful just told me to rest but im going to see my gp tomorrow and force the issue as he knows my history, ive had a small amount of spotting and cramps today but quite different to my miscarriage so im hoping its just one of those normal pregnancy implantation type bleeds, ill keep you updated, trying to stay positive Smile hope you are all feeling good x
