  1. I've lost count of the number of people whose first question is 'was it planned?'

Yes it was! and like I'd tell you if it wasn't!! Even DP's ex-wife asked this when he told her Grin

We've been together for 3 years and lived together for 2 so it's not like we met 3 weeks ago on mysinglefriend.com!

  1. People asking if we want a boy or a girl.. I'm pretty sure you get what you're given so it's pretty pointless!!

Zahara you beat me to it!
Aside from several 'was it planned?'s the worst thing for me is when people ask 'can I feel your bump?' this has come from work colleagues and even randoms I've met! Have to resist a hormonal 'well you wouldn't dream of asking to feel my boobs so why is this ok?!' (not a touchy feely person except with DC)

A woman who I work with looked at me the other day when i was wearing a top that is quite "maternity" and said "OO don't you look fat today!" THAAANKS! She knows full well I am pregnant! She didn't say "oo, you are SHOWING more today in that top"! Just so everyone is aware, I am 28 weeks and am mostly still wearing my pre-preg size 12s, so I am not actually particularly fat or even that big due to pregnancy yet! So, not a weird question but a rather rude comment that I felt deserved a mention!

My Mum when I told her I was PG.

Well that's good timing then and it'll be chaos! (we were just about to complete on selling our house, I was all of 6 weeks pg!)

Wow your huge. Actually I've only put 2kgs on and am 35+1 so nerr nerr and am still in my pre-pregnancy tops so sod off. Midwife says all is well and progressing fine so GO AWAY!

Most inappropriate after having DS1, still in hospital after having c-section. Uncle says so when are you having your next one then?

This time have very bad SPD and on crutches, so when are you having no.3? Erm, funnily enough it's not an experience I'm willing to go through again thanks for asking though.

You can't just have 1 was a popular comment, now PG with no. 2, well you can't just have 2.

What name have you chosen? Oh I don't like that at all. Well it's none of your business is it?

Oh, 2 boys, you'll have your hands full there. Really?

Did you not want a girl? Like I get a choice in the matter!
