Pacific- get well soon wishes to your dad. Hope you at least enjoy seeing your parents and being back home despite the circumstances x

Evening all. Flying post from me, my sister's back from Vancouver and Isobel is loving all the attention from her new Auntie! She's also almost almost crawling. Up on all fours and moving her legs, but not quite co-ordinating it all properly. She is managing forward motion (my feet seem to be particularly tempting to "chase"), but it's just not quite proper crawling. Not far off though. I'm going to have to move the cat litter tray..

DH has just arrived home so no time for shout-outs, except to send get-well wishes to Pacific's Dad. And Dizzi I hope you get the result you want from tomorrow's pg test. Hugs to everyone else :)

Arcadie · 27/08/2010 20:10

PAcific So so sorry that your Dad is so poorly. Hope the Krankenhaus are being nice to him. You're in my thoughts. And DH is in my prayers ;)

Sariska and Dizzi We have RIGHTS you know. We NEEEED to know if you're pg before you even THINK about telling DHs or GPs.. Come on ladies. Some of us are living vicariously through you here.

scooby26 · 27/08/2010 20:26

scooby26 · 27/08/2010 20:38

Has anyone come up with a new name for the next thread?

MandaHugNKiss · 27/08/2010 20:47

Oooh, I'd forgotten there was going to be a livechat attempt...

We have tooth! Explains why he keeps waking every half hour these last few days. I feel like I'm dying!

scooby26 · 27/08/2010 20:48

yay for tooth- first of many. We have had major dribbling for 16 weeks but not a single tooth!

rebeccacad · 27/08/2010 20:49

Evenin' all.

pacific - sending good vibes to your dad.

BMI so lovely to see you and the gorgeous Isobel on Wed. Even if the film was a little hard to follow!

Hard day here. Got text from a couple to let me know their baby had been born premature and hadn't made it. I have cried for hours and my heart just aches for them. DH thinks I've lost my mind, but I feel so connected to them and so devastated for them.

Ach - crying again.

Hi Scoobs - Simeon's well thanks. We've given up with any form of boobery after about 3pm and just gone for the formula him up to the hilt so that he sleeps tactic.
4:30 he woke this morning. Singing happily. Grrrrr.

Pixie hope they stabilise her swiftly and send her home for some cuddles. Poor you and poor her.

rebeccacad · 27/08/2010 20:52

MandaHugNKiss · 27/08/2010 20:52

Yes - I met them a few weeks ago. It was an IVF baby and they were so excited to have got past the hard bit at the beginning. Sadly at 23 or so weeks he was just too small, but 'beautiful and perfect' in their words.
