HAPPY BIRTHDAY LITTLE ONES!!!!! Grin

I have another scan today at 2pm, very scared, feel very sick thinking about it (or is that the morning sickness?) My sister is going with me, so she can hold my hand!

Question....what do you give your LO's for lunch??? Im really running out of idea's, she hates so much, if I could find a few things she liked it would be great!

Mel wow on the fee that F gets, little star that he is! Grin

Hi TG great to see you on. Would love for everyone else to drop by Smile

HC are you ok??

Feeling all choked up thinking about our labour thread, I printed it to PDF to keep forever {is nerdy}, it was such an intense and amazing time for all of us!

Anyway! Happy birthday to Connor and Amelie :) Big kiss and slice of cake for you both!

littlepea good luck with the scan, thats very early, obviously not the 12week one already? Is everything going ok?

PPM Didn't really decide to stop BF at one as such but I'm the one who always does the 'morning shift' and DH stays in bed (because I do the BF so I might as well do all of it). But I want him to get up so I can organise myself to get to work early. I'm feeling quite stressed about how fast the weeks are going and I'm getting so little covered. This time next year I want to be Dr Calypso!

Have a good Thursday everyone, I think I might run in to work as the rain has stopped, 5hrs of work, then helping someone move house then I have my British Military Training workout tonight - and I've had just under 4hrs sleep :o

Happy Birthday Amelie! Sorry, should have said that last night, brain wasn't in gear

littlepea Good luck today, will be thinking of you. Re lunch-we are lucky, Joseph loves pasta and all things Italian so I often cook Italian and we all have it. Failing that, omelette, fish pie, spicy chicken soup, veggie samosas, tortilla (he loves tortilla), lentil and veg filo parcels.

Calypso I'm sure Joseph is saying sleep is for wimps...when he wakes me up at 4am, which is most mornings at the moment. Dr Calypso sounds good.

Some mozzie type beings are biting me all over-I am covered in bites. Will wring their necks if I catch one. Until then, am liberally spraying Avon's Skin so Soft over me. At least I smell nice. Really don't think I need to test, I have raging pmt.

big wave to Iggly How are you feeling?

Igglybuff · 30/09/2010 09:48

to everyone!

Love the sound of Dr Calypso Grin

I'm well! How are you? Any more sore boobs??

Hi all

Am here but soooo tired. Matthew is really suffering with his top teeth and is awake and crying day and night. As for pooey nappies........ and sore bottom.........

Can't believe 1 year ago as now we had just arrived at the maternity hospital and now here he is nearly 1. Have bought him some cruising shoes to help him get his balance.

Belated Happy Birthdays to those I have missed. Blush

littlepea-hope the scan went well. Smile

Iggly-hope you are OK too. Early cramps from 6 to 9 ish weeks is normal and more so in subsequent pregnancies.

Who is going to be the 3rd one to be expecting? DH is not so keen on No4 now, boo hoo!

Big, big wave to everyone.

HC I have also been up loads and loads during the night he may as well be a newbornSad C is my worst sleeper.

However he does go to sleep and has a long nap eveyday.

I have been resisting going back to the dream feed however he seems to need/want it and as a result, I have only been up once during the night for the past 2 nightsHmm10 times better than the previous nights (up to 10 times) (he has been porly)

I am having to give up my teaching on a Thursday after school as it just isn't working with 4 children.Sad but relieved.I have managed to get a slot at the childrens school to introduce a dance programme to them.so I am very excited.I will only need childcare for C.My dc need me come 3 o'clock (if only they didn't have bloody homework)Angry

littlepea72 · 01/10/2010 06:01

Hey everyone

Scan went well yesterday, no sign of cysts, but i still think they are there. Seen the baby, she tried to show me the heart beating, but i honestly couldnt see it (thank goodness she could!).
She told me to look in on my midwife at the med centre to let them know it was ok, and to continue with my letter to the hospital. I did this, to a rather confused midwife (Ive never seen this one before), who then told me to get an appointment with her on the 2nd Dec. Surely Im meant to see her before that, to get all my medical stuff sorted etc???? She told me I would get letter from the hosp, then see her in Dec....Im I wrong?

Im so tired right now, and my memory isnt good. Im forgeting stuff. I think having a son with ASD & Faith is hard enough, but now im pregnant & DH living in Germany....I dont want anyone to think I cant cope, but its getting bloody hard.

Happy birthday William xxx Grin

Back later...Faith has just woken up, she is shouting the place down!

rubyslippers · 01/10/2010 06:35

Happy birthday William!

Littlepea - congratulations! I am not surprised you are feeling the strain though

Fidelma - sorry to hear you aren't getting much sleep

Rubes is doing well with her sleep, but DS is now back to early wakings

Got the last minute stuff to do for Rubes party later ...

Hope everyone has good days

Xxx

littlepea72 · 01/10/2010 09:15

Have a great party Ruby!! xxx

HumphreysCorner · 01/10/2010 10:59

Great news littlepea. I do think that feelings of not being able to cope are brought on by those PG hormones. It will be fine ya know. Smile

Fidelma-you seem to do so much so at least you have given something up to ease the strain. I don't do a dream feed, just feed him everytime he wakes screaming. I try and leave him to settle himself but if the cries are bad I get him up then after a 10 min feed he goes to sleep again.

Drove all the way to Jelly Beans, waited for 20 mins in the car park with the others as we couldn't get in. Decided to look at the door and saw a note saying due to illness no Jelly Beans today. Wasted petrol but at least I can do some prep for Matthew's B'Day tea party later. Harvest Festival church service at 2pm.

Happy Birthday to William too. Smile

Scout-how are you doing? HT-have you tested yet? to everyone else. Better get on.

Iggly Happy Birthday William!

RubY and HC Have great parties

fidelma Sorry you've had to give up your Thursday afternoon teaching. Joseph seems to have regressed to sleeping like a newborn as well, I'm shattered. Have also reinstated the dream feed but Joe suddently wants at least one other feed during the night.

littlepea Great news about the scan, keep taking it easy

HC Joseph really suffered with the top teeth as well, only Anebesol seemed to help.

Scout how are you feeling now?

AF due yesterday, I have tested and got a negative result. Really don't think it's our month. Had a double appointment at doctors for me and Joe as I'm having dizzy spells and I suspected Joe had balinitis(sp?) and a suspicious white spot on the shaft. He's got cream for the balinitis and the spot seems to be a harmless cyst that goes away on its own. Had my bp checked on insistence of dh and my mum (worywarts)-tis fine, doctor thinks the dizziness is caused by my broken sleep-I am itching so much its untrue. Now have piriton with its nice sedative effect. Checked us both out for thrust as well as my boobs are so tender I am often in tears when I feed atm. We're both fine. I hope its just Joseph adjusting his latch.

Joseph's second family party on Sunday. I haveto endure sister-in-law for a few hours. If anyone has any coping strategies I'll be most grateful!

Congratulations to littlepea and Iggly, cant believe youre pregnant again am very Smile and Envy.Quite broody at moment but no chance for no.4 Sad.

fidelma know how hard it is after school and in the morning don`t know how you get 3 schoolkids ready,my hat off to you.DD has just started reception ft which she loves but its so stressful in the morning to get her and Nathaniel ready and remind DS1 of everything to take.

Time has just flown by and cant believe I was still pregnant this time last year.Nathaniels birthday is next tue. Were going to DPs family for roast on sun and itll be just us 5 on tue and will do a cake and present after school.Still BF and he still wont eat too much food doesnt seem to like much, but really likes bad stuff crisps, chocolate and chips. He also loves tea and constantly goes for my cup. Sleeping still bad here too he hasnt been himself with teething fr a while now and is also cutting down from 2 to 1 nap most days so by 6pm is a nightmare and conks out.

princessProudmel · 01/10/2010 22:19

Hi everyone :) Happy Birthday to all the babies xxxxxxx

Scout19075 · 02/10/2010 23:17

Rotten week and ending with a yucky migraine. Will be back tomorrow but wanted to wave to everyone and say I'm still here.

Happy Birthday to all of last week's birthday babies!!!

HappyTangerine · 03/10/2010 23:41

Joseph's second birthday tea went well. Much smaller (5 adults, 3 children) than the 20 odd people we had in Wales and he had fun playing with his 6 yr old cousin. All very civilised with SIL. Off to get Joe's presents tomorrow and then we'll go to Farmer Teds on his birthday(Tues), DH has to work unfortunately in the afternoon & night but we've got him all morning. Smile

We've switched Joe's cot to the original toddler cot we bought and he is sleeping soundly from 7pm until midnight, then up for a quick feed and down again until 4.45am when he wants another feed. The 4.45am is the killer! He goes off to sleep again until 7/8am so not bad. This too shall pass and all that Hmm

Hello Bella Welcome back!

Scout sorry you've had a rubbish week and migraine, hope next week is better for you.

fidelma Not bad mummy, FAB mummy who does an amazing juggling act and understandably is a bit shattered sometimes! x

waves to all x

HappyTangerine · 04/10/2010 14:28

Well, this time last year I had just begun having my first twinges. I knocked over a soft furnishing display in Matalan as a result-poor dh was being dragged around the shops in the hut for the perfect teal cushions, I had to have them organised before the baby was born. Hmm. Then I came home and painted the front gatesGrin. How time flies...

Igglybuff · 04/10/2010 16:09

Grin HT glad you've enjoyed the parties for Joe and lol at destroying Matalan! Did you get them done before Joe arrived??
