HC I agree we only do activities on a Thursday (which is usually my work time)
and the girls have been doing Drama on a Saturday this term as I felt that they had been lying around watching TV all winter , what with the bad weather and a new baby.Skiing is extra for the next 4 weeks. As for the ceilieh my friends on the parents association got me to roped in !!!!! And I couldn't say no (kind of wanted to go!!!)
We are usually home birds and I have to say that I feel like I have been in for the best part of a year
I am not (never do) really into play dates after school as I want my children to come home and be together iykwim
We are in all day tomorrow.
we also had a 40th party to go to, I was going to do dinner here for friends but I realised that it was far toooooo much, so I cancelled (said no) to these things. Then I realised DH was in Ireland for the rugby anyway
I often avoid childrens birhday parties unless they fit in easily. With 4 children you could be at a birthday party every weekend.(i also can't stand the rubbish that they eat at them)
my children haven't had a birthday party in years other than all the family getting together for their birthday tea. They choose the menu DD1 has just had spagetti carbonara with salad, birthday cake and top hats.4 children is a party anyway
Just laughing at myself trying to prove that we are not doing to much!!!!!!!
Did i mention that I am pretty tierd
Who's got the cake tonight ?
