Charley beautiful story, well done you.

PJ congratulations my lovely

Tils, I'm with Gin, certainly sounds like I was with J for a day or two before, only I ignored it didn't realise until after she arrived what had been happening, makes for a nice swift birth normally.

Tillyscoutsmum · 14/12/2009 22:04

No way I could ignore these ! TENS is on full blast, paracetamol every 4 hours and cx's still all over the place I am in agony. Haven't slept or eaten properly for over 36 hours. Not sure how much longer I can do this without more pain relief but will they just send me home again if I'm not "established" ?? I think he's in the wrong position - the cx's are more painful than they ever felt with Til but they don't feel like they're doing anything iyswim ?

JamInMyWellies · 14/12/2009 23:35

Oh tills, try a bath. Lots of all fours lean over your birthing ball. I will no doubt be around all night as shmoks has been up and down so will check in later. Much love, you can do it!

Mahoosive congrats PJ so proud and pleased for you. .

Charley what a lovely birth story.

charleymouse · 15/12/2009 00:10

Tils holding hand out for a squeeze if you need it. I panicked mine weren't actually doing anything then when examined I was 7 cm so they must have been doing something. Think positive and it will soon be over.

JamInMyWellies · 15/12/2009 08:58

Tilly hows it going?

elkiedee · 15/12/2009 11:08

Wow, what have I missed? Congratulations to PJ, when did it happen? I can't get on Facebook here.

Charley, good to see your birth story, and congratulations on your HBAC, a shame about the GBS.

Hi to everyone else.

Good luck Tills (if baby isn't here already since you last posted yesterday evening and the last post on thread was over 2 hours ago).

Moijaimelacountry · 15/12/2009 12:02

Oh Tils I didn't mean you should have been ignoring them... Sorry! I just meant I was a bit thick to realise what was happening, even with number 3, it was so different to my first two.

I hope you are OK, I really feel your frustration. You should go get checked out again perhaps? If you haven't already.

Moijaimelacountry · 15/12/2009 12:20

Should have checked FB first...

SKYTVADDICT · 15/12/2009 13:36

Good good. All 3 arrived safely. Congrats Tils. Will now relax and await details x

elkiedee · 15/12/2009 14:42

Congratulations

AprilMeadow · 15/12/2009 15:32

Have posted my card off already ....

Tillyscoutsmum · 15/12/2009 18:03

Hi all

Firstly - apologies for my "snappy" posts - I was fast reaching the end of my tether (didn't mean anything by them !)

So - Fergus Alexander finally arrived at 5.30 am this morning - all 10lb 5oz of him . Am home now and he is getting to know his big sisters. Will post birth saga story when I'm a bit more "with it". Haven't really slept since Friday night

Themasterandmargaritas · 15/12/2009 18:55

lol at 'snappy posts', you were in LABOUR woman. .

Huge congratulations to you and Pink, you both did so well. I love the names Lucas and Fergus. Fergus is huge, just as you predicted, that must have been some feat! I can't wait to see pics.

I just couldn't stay away from you all. Actually dh is away for 6 days so I can be very antisocial and MN to my heart's desire.

largevirginbirthandtonic · 15/12/2009 19:19

Aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhrrgggghhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!

You had him!!! I just logged on! Howbloody fantastic. AND youcalled him Fergus (my bil name) i LOVE it.

Oh all the babies are making a bit emotional. Not enough to have one you understand

Blardy hell it is SO exciting here atm.

Themasterandmargaritas · 15/12/2009 19:25

Gin woman, I got a lovely card today thank you.

I'm going to try it out tomorrow night at (yet another) cocktail party.

Fgs woman you really don't need any more babies. Were you offended by the Tesco Christmas card scandal?

You haven't told us about the ball yet.....

charleymouse · 15/12/2009 22:31

Well done Tils, congratulations on the safe arrival of Fergus. At least your bump was baby mine was just pies me.

MKG · 15/12/2009 22:35
MKG · 15/12/2009 22:43

So, First Congrats to all the new babies!! My my you ladies have been busy.

As for myself I will give a short and sweet list

--Mom moved to China at the end of August so the summer was spent packing her stuff.

--Cruz started speech therapy as it was determined that at the age of 2 his communication skills were at a 6th month level after three months of therapy he was assessed by the neuro developmental center and it was determined that he has Pervasisve Developmental Disorder (PDD) which puts him on the Spectrum of Autism. He will be re-evaluated in a few months to see if the diagnosis sticks and if he qualifies for more services.

--Mateo is a monster and would love it if I sent him to live at pre-school because that is his favorite place to be.

--Alysia is a tank and has taken to cruising around furniture and eating just about everything in sight.

--I'm finding that after a small bout of post partum depression with Alysia that working full time and being a mother of 3 sucks, and am seriously considering playing the lottery more often. To say that I'm busy is an understatement right now. I've changed babysitters three times in the last three months trying to find someone that will actually remember to feed kids (not an understatement) My days off are dedicated to balancing Mateo's pre-school, Cruz's speech therapist and special education teachers. Oh and remembering to pee.

I love you all. Please don't shun me away.

charleymouse · 15/12/2009 22:55

MKG welcome back. Much love. Glad Mateo loves preschool, hope Cruz responds well to the therapy, can't believe Alysia is cruising already.

Glad the depression was only small bout, hope you are feeling okay now. Work sucks doesn't it.

JamInMyWellies · 16/12/2009 08:06

HI MKG lovely to have you back.

I have some sad wee men today. The nasty cold thing is back feels like it hasnt left us the last month. Both up all night Lachlan has just vomitted loads of glue. Archie is asleep in my bed and has barely eaten or drunk for 24hrs.

AprilMeadow · 16/12/2009 10:46

Welcome back MKG!!!

Sounds like you have a lot on your plate - i hope that the speech therapy goes well for C. Do you have any pictures of A - havent seen her yet....

JAM sorry to see that your little men are poorly Did you make it to Santa yesterday?

largevirginbirthandtonic · 16/12/2009 16:44

Sorry to hear about Cruz, i hope they throw lots of help at him and he improves or at least you get a better level of support.

Alysia sounds so cute, Blubell is like that. She eats and eats whatever we are eating. Like a little dog begging at my knees

Beau needs pre school, i need pre school

No clubs tonight. HOORAY!! How sad am i. I am just so fed up of the ferrying children around after school. It is cold, i am tred and cranky

JamInMyWellies · 17/12/2009 14:00

largevirginbirthandtonic · 17/12/2009 16:04

Happy Birthday Sky! You too Shmooks!

How can he be ONE!!! They must all stop growing, right now.

All quiet here, not much going on. Quite nice really

Moijaimelacountry · 18/12/2009 09:04

Happy Birthday Sky & Shmoks.

Nice to "hear" from you MKG, sounds like you've had a tough few months but you sound great.

dh braved the icy/snowy roads to take the kids to school this morning. They've been hard at work for two weeks making items for their Christmas fair this evening and it's Christmas Lunch today so they didn't want to miss school. I'm staying put by the fire.

Only a week! whooop
