There will be chocolate fines for the guilty!

AuldAlliance · 09/09/2009 22:19

ooh, I remember ordering a slow comfortable screw...

PuzzleRocks · 09/09/2009 22:19

5 - 1 I am so bloody excited about the world cup. And to think I can watch every game because I work from home. Yippee, my summer with Des.

Springy - It's from Alan Partridge and is a lager followed by a gin and tonic then a Baileys chaser. Pure head f**k. I defy anyone to do more than two and see straight.

BoffinMum · 09/09/2009 22:19

Puzzle, I am tempted to get the opiates out after that.

Cross with DH. He has been home all week, technically on sick leave. I come home after doing a twelve hour day and driving 120 miles and then do an hour of baby feeding and pumping. So I sit down to watch TV for an hour before going to bed, and I get told to fiddle about with computers to print off DS1's homework because 'they couldn't find his computer' (in its case bold as brass in the homework area) so 'they had to do it on DH's computer' (not allowed to be connected to printer at home because of his work rules and not allowed to have a memory stick attached) and they assumed I would be happy to spend my one precious hour in the evening farting about shuffling it from DH's machine to DS's one, fixing various software problems that prevent printing and generally finishing off his homework for him.

WTF??? I AM TIRED!!!!!! I HAVE TO DO ANOTHER TWELVE HOUR DAY TOMORROW!!!!!! [ANGRY]

There is now puffing and panting on the scale of an Eastenders episode from DH, me having re-emphasised that I don't come home and do IT support unless the end of the world is nigh (I used to be an IT officer to make money while doing my PhD so people often assume I am just there to sort out their kit for fun all day and all night).

SpringySponge · 09/09/2009 22:20

Yes, my 21st. It's odd, isn't it? I feel a lot older sitting here with my husband & baby.

Still, I'll make up for it on my night out

PuzzleRocks · 09/09/2009 22:22

WFH - You can't go to bed. Cock-sucking cowboy, what a fabulous parting shot.

  1. Crikey. I spent mine in Paris. It was nice but my 30th, now that was something.
BabyBolat · 09/09/2009 22:24

See now I got a different ladyboy recipe puzz here

Auld, I remember that too somewhere in the distant past -

Springy - yes it's bad - you're a geek!!

BabyBolat · 09/09/2009 22:26

do tell puzz - 30th... my 21st was messy messy messy as yours will be too springy dingy doo x

PuzzleRocks · 09/09/2009 22:26

Oh Boff that's not on.

I have to say though, for goodness sake, IT officer. I thought we had heard about all the feathers in your cap, they just keep coming. Are you sure you are not 103 years old? How much can one person cram into 40 years?

WhatFreshHellIsThis · 09/09/2009 22:27

butterscotch schnapps and Baileys

really must go to bed now. Orbit is not doing sleep at the moment. It's not his thing.

AuldAlliance · 09/09/2009 22:27

see now, I just feel a bit queasy even looking at the ingredients

I have expressed a measly 80mls. All this talk of opiates and cock-sucking cowboys is ruining the mummy vibe!

BabyBolat · 09/09/2009 22:29

LOL Auld - I have 7 ounces of fowl smelling sticky bm next to me - I swear I am like a cow when it comes to milking!

SpringySponge · 09/09/2009 22:29

Ah right. I don't like lager, so I'd have to be pretty drunk to start with.

& Boff, that does sound really annoying. You shouldn't have to sort out many layers of incompetence after such a long day when other people are capable of avoiding it.

IT support is awful anyway. I always get roped in whenever I go back to Brum to network printers or something stupid. I hate it.

AuldAlliance · 09/09/2009 22:30

I agree, BTW, Boff, that's not on. (impressed that you have a homework area, though).

Springy, I look forward to your analysis!

Right, 11:30pm, DH not back from work yet. Am going to wash the pump, put a load of babyvom covered textiles laundry on and then to bed with a Rebus book.

PuzzleRocks · 09/09/2009 22:31

BB - There was a lot of champagne and some of these.

SpringySponge · 09/09/2009 22:31

You're a geek too, BB. Tell us about your 21st. & ditto Puzzle & your 30th

at Boff being 103. It really just does not add up! How can anyone be so accomplished?

AuldAlliance · 09/09/2009 22:32

BB, lol at fowl-smelling bm. Been overdoing the chicken?

BabyBolat · 09/09/2009 22:32

This is the extent of the IT support we have in our house...

Turn it off and switch it back on again...

I am just about to settle down to pretty woman (whole night of chick crap while DH is out with the boys) feel strangely awake tonight (will regret this tomorrow morning - I know!!!)

Springy you can network computers???!!!

AuldAlliance · 09/09/2009 22:33

Bugger me. 7oz???? Just looked at the bottle to see how much that is and it's off the scale.

SpringySponge · 09/09/2009 22:34

Puzzle, that does sound fun

Who's about to watch Derren Brown predict the lottery numbers? He's a very strange man. Impressive, but strange.

Night Auld. Hope DH is back soon xx

PuzzleRocks · 09/09/2009 22:35

I had better call it a night too.

Laters lovelies.

SpringySponge · 09/09/2009 22:36

I'm a geek, leave me alone.

& yes, I've seen BB expressing - she has mighty boobs that make me very envious. And she produces a lot of milk. Fnar fnar fnar.

BabyBolat · 09/09/2009 22:36

21st - hmm living in canary wharf, car got broken in to, cried, got blinding drunk (all of us), on stage with a bon jovi tribute band and laughed a man out of my bedroom half naked due to the rather unfortunate shape of his tool!

SpringySponge · 09/09/2009 22:38

I hope my 21st doesn't go quite like that!

What shape was it then? I assume you mean his tool , not his tool like he was a plumber or something? (Not that I want to start that line of conversation off again )

SpringySponge · 09/09/2009 22:38

Night Puzz xx

BabyBolat · 09/09/2009 22:38

geeeeeeek - mighty boobs is not the word - was a lovely c before that man went and got me all pregnant and stuff!!

Night puzz x

I CANT STAND THAT MAN - he gives me the heeby jeebies!
