Cheers Kitty. I don't like this name though. It's weird not being me! I'll go back when it all calms down. And if I give any professional type opinion I'll use a different name all together. Such a shame though.

I'm worried as if I'm qouted talking about my profession or topics around it and I'm known - that would be not good. Oo-er!

Can you see the headlines - 'm***e confides to mumsnet, there are not enough staff on her nightshift', or some other such rubbish. Cos I come here and say I had a busy shift.

Ho hum.

Your children are a credit to you and themselves. For sure!

mmmm... not particularly classy name that one!

books he was fine! just being a 2 year old, and pretty well behaved for a 2 yo- twas a long day for him, and those mummies wouldn't stop talking!
Okay... that was mostly me, wasn't it?
He is lovely though- cannot imagine my ds being that big!

news (can't be bothered with all that length!)
I'm not anyone... I'm just me- and a pretty private person who is aware that what goes on the interweb stays on the interweb... plus- you do know me if you bother to ask our mutual friend... anyway the point is- my 'voice' on here is pretty much my actual voice- and anyone who did know me who read my posts would instantly know who I was. Also, my DC names are probably pretty much the only combo of those in UK... so instantly would out me.

EachPeachPearMum · 19/08/2009 19:47

ummm... too many 'pretty much's

will post later, need food

Suits you Dog and you too pizzanewspaperdelivery the possibilities are endless.

Think that sounds like a sensible plan newspaper something worth considering is having another MN identity for midwifery purposes so that you can discuss personal stuff as yourself and give advice as another alias.

Dog I am far too boring and who's going to trawl through all my nonsense! You on the other hand are very interesting. I love reading your posts. Yay for Arlo - hope it goes well tomorrow. Don't be disheartened if she thinks there is still work to do - you've seen signs of improvement so you will get there.

...better go - need to walk dogs before nightfall.. back in a mo!

Sorry, been busy tonight and DS didn't go down till 8.30pm thats almost newborn territory!

Nursery ok, I did like it and the people all very nice, only left DS for an hour when I went to do DD's parent pack and he was fine, carawling about and exploring. DD enjoyed herself and says she is excited about going again next week, she made loads of friends, chatting away asking everyones names . Still something bothering me and I don't know what it is, I just don't feel he will be 100% happy there but there is not much I can do about it as I have to work.

Good luck for tomorrow Dog!

EPPM, Your names are gorgeous but you are right very unique combination

Books-Eeek at the standing baby! She is such a poppet! And your DS was so cute yesterday, just a normal 2 yr old, remember 'the girls' have over a year on him! DD thought he was brlliant Funny you though my DD was well behaved, I just feel she is a complete handful who never stops talking.

Newspaper, strpiey and dogshit () all good moves I think. Had a few posts removed that identified my first name and place of work, whoops!

PatTheHammer · 19/08/2009 22:05

Oh, just read about the weights of Tinklet and H, so petite and cute next to my big monster boy!!! He wore some 12-18mth trousers today!

they are both healthy babies and B has a good appetite does she not Tink? so I think they will be fine just lovely and lady-like! I have not had DD weighed since she was 2. She eats a lot and grows out of her clothes so I am guessing she is fine!

just popping randomly again to see how you all are! I manage to keep up for about a day and then several threads seem to pass!

PatTheHammer · 19/08/2009 22:15

Visited loads and didn't feel comfortable in any really, this was the one I felt best about. Just think it is the fact that DD went to a CM when little so thats what I'm used to, just need to get my head round the nursery thing. It was really apparent though that the children had particular keyworkers and they were very affectionate to them (the babies I mean) and it was quite cute

PatTheHammer · 19/08/2009 22:16

Oh, hi FLF, hope you are well .

Dog- fake Uggs an option????

hi pat and dog, yes all well! very busy as have started my own eshop.. am excited but no time for mumsnet as all my computer time is now business related .

on the nursery front DD went at 9 months, and H will go then too. Bit different for us as it is a very small nursery, but she certainly benefitted from it as her social interaction skills increased quickly after joining it and she was definitely loved by her keyworker. I must say I hated giving her up at first though (later it was a complete joy for the two days a week I did it)!

need to go and read the thread properly (wails) by which time I'll have missed the next three!

stripeyloathestheDM · 19/08/2009 22:39

hi flf

pat, i am sure the nursery will work out fine, though for you as well.

my namechanging is for solidarity, i am pretty sure that my witterings are insufficiently reactionary for printing in that rag. i used to wonder who buys it, but it turns out that since my dad died, my mum does it's the scaremongering on food and medicine (apples give you cancer of the teeth, that kind of thing)- she likes a good health scare, my mum

think c is probably around 16lbs now, but couldn't say for sure. i know what i weigh, though [despairing head in hands emoticon]- but haven't visited the january mums bums thread today, as the whole food thing has got out of hand in dp's absence . in fact, everything is out of control - there's laundry everywhere. i'm not going to do anytihng about it though, i'm going to bed. night all
