dizzy have had to temporarily give up on the nappy off time due to the frequent, squishy, and vile smelling poos.
They were just too much to keep cleaning up off the floor

dizzydixies · 14/07/2009 19:17

oh no I missed that bit sorry lashings and lashings of sudocream and a clothes peg for you - wee soul

my DD1 likes chopped up carrot batons that had been frozen to bite down on for her teeth - DD2 just bit me

LoveBuckets · 14/07/2009 19:55

LOL at Cyteen's DS 'crapping his leg off'

Ann When it's poo-arama City you've just got to keep changing those nappies every couple of hours, even if just wet. or maybe just switch to disps for a week or so...

BTW Good sleeping kids!

Hi Steaky, gosh it must be so muddling for you having to work through this with the langiage barrier and all the different systems to consider. The whole teamwork/partnership thing is so hard to maintain at the best of times but first baby really shows up the weakspots in your skills as a couple, doesn't it? Not personal flaws but just skills you've never quite worked out before or fudged/slid around for the sake of peace. But I guess if you can isolate them like you have, they can be worked on (with an English-speaking counsellor.) When you think how many people in previous generations just grew apart to avoid the confrontation - better out than in I say, then you can strip it down and rebuild it together or quit and start afresh elsewhere.

sambo303 · 14/07/2009 20:01

ann ds is on disposables atm due to nappy rash, cant have a sore bottie interrupting his good sleeping. As soon as it clears up he's back to washables

Steaknife · 14/07/2009 20:03

"better out than in" was that for me or the pooing babies?

LoveBuckets · 14/07/2009 20:24

LOL it's good advice for any situation. Arguing is better than being passing like ships in the night is what I meant.

Am in funny mood tonight, much procrastinating and faffing about not getting anything done. But I really do smell and my hair is awful so if I achieve anything tonight it should really be a bath and hairwash. If I am back in the next half hour tell me to go get in the bath please.

buckets they are some words of wisdom there - I like the cut of your jib (or is that gib? )

Lol too at cyteen and 'crapping his leg off'.

Ann I too concur, when O is teething his saliva glands go into overdrive and his arse produces the most heinous smelling craps. I've smelt some poos in my time as a ward nurse but this is something else . Hope Seb is back to his ususal gorgeous self soon, and Good luck with sending in your cv!

Good evening everyone

LoveBuckets · 14/07/2009 20:25

CaptainCaveman · 14/07/2009 20:34

CaptainCaveman · 14/07/2009 20:40

Albs' H is July 24th dizzy I bow to your attention to detail.

Steaknife · 14/07/2009 20:42

I am applying BOTI to the evil kittty. We put the stair gate over the storeroom door where she has her litter tray and put her in there to make sure she could get out okay. She could, just too lazy to jump over the gate to use the litter tray. so we had pee in the bathroom and poo all over the baby gym in DDs room.

So with DH gone for a few days evil kitty has her litter and food outside to be followed by her blanket in a box and her.

So hopefully kitty will be crapping her leg off outside from now on.

Steaknife · 14/07/2009 20:44

I'm here too just taking ages to post.

dizzydixies · 14/07/2009 20:46

I just remembered he was a week older than Dylan - nothing miraculous about it

evening Steaky - can I not do another show song though as its now getting ridiclious

sambo303 · 14/07/2009 20:55

evil kitty gets just desserts methinks

are we putting on a show?
