I wish Ben would eat fruit he'll quite happily drink a fruit smoothie but he won't even hold a piece of fruit.
His nappies are a better today, just the one mucky one after his brekkie and nothing since, so it looks like he is on the mend.
I took Sam to the cinema today (his first time) whilst Ben was in nursery, he was hysterical when we first went in that he didn't like the 'big' telly and he was cowering behind the seats, but as soon as it came on and he saw that it was just a bigger version of the telly at home he was fine and pronounced 'I like it!' I think it was my fault though as initially I wanted to watch BOLT (3D) and told Sam that we would have to wear some glasses and the pictures would look like they were jumping out the screen at him, he didn't like that idea so instead we watched Hotel for Dogs, but I think he might have been expecting the same thing? either that or it was just because it was so different and it was quite dark in there, and he doesn't like the dark
Also whilst looking round Next (a big one), Sam ran off and lost where I was, I couldn't find him either, this is the first time this has happened and I must admit I got quite panicked, I was shouting for him when some bloke told me where he was, when I got to him it looked like he had been crying and he was hiding in amongst some rails of clothes. A woman said he had ran into her and fell over but hadn't hurt himself, I think he was just shocked, anyway he held on to my hand very tightly after that. It is a horrible feeling when it happens though even with a child you know doesn't go far away from you.
