I am talking to you all now! Bet you're dead relieved.
soph - yes, bad mummy you. Molly nearly smacked in the coffee table this morning when I wasn't looking - caught her just in time oops - learning curve an' all that.
DSD has gone to school cos the snow we had last night melted by morning, thank goodness for that.
Lovely pics sal! And now I know who you are on fb too - I kept looking at your name on my friends list thinking - 'I know tis a MN person, but who?'
Good news about cat ladybee tho they are ungrateful little buggers and don't care how much worry they cause you. A little like children in that respect.....
DD sounds like she is awaking . She was taking lovely long hour and a half/2 hour naps in the day all last week and now appears to have gone back to her usual 40 mins. Is a shame cos she was much happier with the longer one but short of clubbing her over the head or drugging her I don't think I can do anything about it. Ooo! Hang on, I think she might have gone back to sleep....
She slept better last night - she always sleeps better in the day when not so tired, which is odd isn't it? Funny things, babies.
Incidentally - a 9 month old at one of my baby groups has glasses, and he looks super-cute in them! That's all the help I can offer. His Mum says he wears them for periods of time, then gets fed up, so she doesn't push it then. But he does look very sweet, sort of like a tiny little Harry Potter.
I can't believe my baby has ever been small - she's a monster now! I have to admit - I am enjoying her now so much more than the newborn stage. I felt a slightly obsessive love for her then - didn't want her to be out of my sight - but I didn't really enjoy it, was too stressful and I never knew what she needed and I was so damn tired all the time. Now she is so chubby and giggly and sunshiney all the time we have such fun. I bought her a little tambourine yesterday and we have been making music with pots and pans and spoons and rattles all morning
