Oooh sounds like there might be a good few of us for meet up

Go H!! Hope he sleeps well tonight

Wow Nathan is really starting to pack in the food

Molly has gone down to 2 bottles a day now. Just before breakfast and another as she goes to bed.

LuckySalem · 02/01/2009 21:28

Right ok - meetup should be able to do just let me know where and when - DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS PLEASE I always get lost but DP doesn't think i need a sat nav

Have removed xmas tree today and WOW the space Am making do with what we've got now for storage as I have no money.

Am very worried about my friend A's DS tonight as he's been rushed to hospital with suspected meningitus. Am also worried about DD as apparently its contagious and she was with him on Sat..... Probably worrying about nothing but I will keep an eye on her.

Got banging headache for the 2nd day in a row.

madmouse · 02/01/2009 21:32

Oh no Lucky worried sick about K now

Have you rang NHS direct about risk to Aaliyah? If they think there is a substantial risk she can have antibiotics as a precaution.

OP posts:
LuckySalem · 02/01/2009 21:34

No cos deep down I'm pretty sure I'm overworrying. She would have had some kind of symptoms by now nearly a week after she's seen him.

Had txt off her this morning and she was saying that he was really floppy and it was like holding a newborn again.

JustKeepSwimming · 02/01/2009 21:34

Lucky - that sounds worrying, def keep an eye on Ali.
Your poor friend's DS

At least he is in hosp - best place i should think.

think i am back to my old self too...

simpson · 02/01/2009 21:36

Lucky so for your friend.

Yes think maybe you should ring NHS Direct and see what they say....

LuckySalem · 02/01/2009 21:45

Just looked it up and it says that it's only passed by contact of secretions - Ie if they kissed or something like that. They didn't so I'm not worried at all although I will keep an eye on her just to make sure. I'm happy cos now I can concentrate on him and my friend now.

mixedmama · 03/01/2009 07:44

Oh Lucky how awful... I have seen the pics of them together in FB so cute. Hope he is better soon and it isnt anything serious.

I guess since we are all coming from different directions somewhere fairly centralish - will anyone need parking as that will factor too.

madmouse · 03/01/2009 11:13

guys 8-4.35 counts as sleeping through right

can't believe that 2weeks ago i was up 5-6 times a night

Nathan very busy trying to push into all fours, accompanied by lots of screaming and frustration. that's my boy

Lucky you heard from A about K?

OP posts:
madmouse · 03/01/2009 11:14

Happy Birthday Amelie!

LaTrucha · 03/01/2009 11:30

OK - I'm primed for a very quick catch-up!

MM - yay for Nathan's sleep and food. We had a mammoth dinner from Sabela last nigh after weeks of hardly anything. She's got a cough though, so a lot came up when she coughed at the end. Must be lovely to have a little fatty!

Lucky - I hope your freind's son is well. And Ali of course.

JKS - Yay on the not bf to sleep front. I actually do feel satisfied now> If and when she wants to stop - or if I decide to - I'm fine withit.

Simpson - how's Molly's movement. Is she still iking the milk?

HI MixedMama - you're always so good at meet ups. I'll be in Spain I'm afraid.

Lilyloo -where are you?

Gingeme - are you running constantly after George now?

Nicky - Oooo I keep looking at little baaies and feeling squidgy. Very excited for you.

Sabela is, like George, waking herself up doing exercises. . She's a very merry babe at the moment and has started flirting like crazy with strangers, staring and staring at them and then giving them coy grins and looking embarrassed when they turn round. Walking Walking as STILL all she wants to do.

Brother is here now. It is fine.

Simpson - bad news about eggs too
Hope they don't try telling you to take her off the neocate on the 6th, grr!
Have you kept any kind of diary/record of what she eats/drinks and her reactions? could be useful to back up your side of the story.

Lily - sounds like a fun NYE

Mixedmama - fab news about your BIL. So your 2 are sharing aren't they? Have you found that ok?
Is working really well with my 2, wonder if i could have done it earlier now!
H often sleeps 7-8am now!!
T still up at the early hours, 5.45 today, 5.15 yesterday.
ah well.

tired, had friends with their 2 here today, been to the beach for a bit, and lots of playtime, not so much CBeebies .
Anyway, finishing Jonathan Creek, then another try for an early night....

LuckySalem · 03/01/2009 21:10

HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMELIE

K is doing better, they've done a lumbar puncture on him and apparently it will take 48 hours for the results. He was worse this morning and had to be sedated as he was in such distress however, His dad has taken his fave toy to hospital this afternoon and apparently he's been busy playing with Mickey Mouse and ripping pages out of a book but it has taken a lot out of him and he's still not right.

DD is driving me insane as I've got a headache AGAIN and she wants to shout Dadda all over the house! lol. She's gone to bed now.

LuckySalem · 03/01/2009 21:13

Oh I forgot to tell you. DD caught up on her sleep on Friday night. She slept from 9 till 4 then 5:30 till 9:45

Also just had msg from friend to say that he's just had 4oz of milk (hasn't eaten or drank since Friday) and a cuddle and is now asleep.

madmouse · 03/01/2009 21:13

always good when little children pass the toy test . It sounds a bit better than it did earlier today...

OP posts:
LuckySalem · 03/01/2009 21:21

Yeah they've said he's gotta stay in till at least tues when they'll have the results of the lumbar puncture that they did. If no meningitus and he's eating etc he'll prob be allowed home.
