Well, Ellie, my next door neighbours are arseholes.
I need you to live next door!
Plus I offer free babysitting, and sleep training

scorpio1 · 19/11/2008 11:17

I would be a much better neighbour. I would even take Molly overnight

EllieG · 19/11/2008 11:22

Ooo am torn....

Front and back garden near scorpio, but those 2 high street shops are mighty tempting....

Hmmm. Think will go eat a biscuit to help decide. Mol is eating the mouse so think she is bored, should probably go do something stimulating with her.

Will be back later, expect to see rest of offers then. Peachy, you have some catching up to do - can I suggest babysitting for weekend?

VictorianSqualor · 19/11/2008 11:25

scorpio1 · 19/11/2008 11:44

VictorianSqualor · 19/11/2008 11:46

She's been MIA a while.

scorpio1 · 19/11/2008 11:48

PeachyAndTheSucklingBas · 19/11/2008 12:38

KnitterInTheNW · 19/11/2008 12:49

Ellie, come to Warrington! We're half way between Liverpool/Southport for shops and beaches and Manchester for shops, (less to the trafford centre) an hour away from the lake district, not far at all really from chester & north wales. I like living here, people are v friendly.

3 bed house in one of the fancy nancy bits of warrington between 499,000 and 155,000.

I can also offer you Denny and Sheds not far away too, as a unique selling point.

And George is far from sleeping through yet, so I'd also offer lots of coffee mornings to keep us awake.

scorpio1 · 19/11/2008 12:53

Peachy those views are poor

i see this out of my window

PeachyAndTheSucklingBas · 19/11/2008 12:54

(the wow one..... select renting, 3 beds, llangybi)

Just found out ds3 going to sn school- and at the same time. have to decide whether to send now or at end f yr2, its juniors he cannot do

scorpio1 · 19/11/2008 12:56

Peachy i hope the school is welcome news. When do you think is best? End of year 2 is quite far in to school isn't it.

PeachyAndTheSucklingBas · 19/11/2008 12:56

from my window I see only greenery and gardens from the manor house (OK now an asd unit) opposite

or if really lucky drunk students running along after hedgehogs with cameraphones then exclaiming 'but its spiky' when they grab it

msde me larf that did

PeachyAndTheSucklingBas · 19/11/2008 12:57

infants and juniors are separate so theres always a transition then iyswim

scorpio1 · 19/11/2008 12:58

oh we dont have seperate, which is why i would prob do sooner rathe than later. You will know whats best

scorpio1 · 19/11/2008 15:37

TheShipsCat · 19/11/2008 16:37

Hi Scorpio, are you there?

I've got an ebay question, and I know you are an ebayer.... I am selling a tumble dryer, and a bidder has emailed me asking what price for a quick sale, privately. Is that a good thing or a bad thing? The note from ebay says I shouldn't respond and it might be fraudulent...what do you think? I have very little ebay knowledge...

scorpio1 · 19/11/2008 16:43

I would add a buy it now tab to your listing, so they pal through paypal, don't sell off ebay.

scorpio1 · 19/11/2008 16:44

pay through paypal i mean

if they are genuine they will use the buy it now option

scorpio1 · 19/11/2008 16:45

have they got good feedback, uk listed and been buying recently?

TheShipsCat · 19/11/2008 17:04

They've got good feedback I think, 62 points whatever that means. Do I choose a price for buy it now?
