Nice to see you pinions. Only a few more days until school starts here, roll on Tuesday!

SPB, glad T settled for you last night. I wish F would sleep all night again. For the last three weeks she has been waking for an overnight feed and I am tired!

CD, hope you are feeling a bit better now and things are improving with dh x

elkiedee · 29/08/2008 12:26

Leaky, keep us posted, I'm sure we're all on tenterhooks now.

I did 3 tests this time - 1 negative at 5 weeks since LMP, 1 messed up totally, 1 positive at 6 weeks since LMP. Since my scan showed that I was a lot earlier than I thought, neg was actually only 3 weeks, and positive which was a bit faint 4. I just felt pg very very early, compared to 1st time when I started feeling weird at more than 6 weeks and then realised how long it was since LMP. But I've had 3 scans which showed a baby growing since.

I have a spare Boots one left if you'd like it, I don't think the cost makes it any less good, a lot of the testing is timing and getting the fiddly bits right (I'm not very good at holding containers in the right place!)

StealthPolarBear · 29/08/2008 12:26

oh no he doesn't slep all night - just willing to go back to sleep after each feed!
Hope F gets back to normal soon
Have lost my drivers licence - tax needs renewing, arrgh!

Eddas · 29/08/2008 13:12

hi everyone, as usual all i can remember is the last post

SPB why do you need your driving licence to renew the tax?

StealthPolarBear · 29/08/2008 13:38

sorry have been stressing about this on another thread
dont need it for tax but do need it to change my address, which I need to do to tax online!
All so complicated - anyway, have managed to get it done through post office

I'm sure the answer will be hols, but where are NorthernLurker, SOL etc?

CaptainDippy · 29/08/2008 18:30

Hols!!

mammyjo · 29/08/2008 18:52

SOL is in Wales I know because I saw her!!

leakyR · 29/08/2008 19:13

Ok, so I was going to wait until Sunday to test again but could not think straight at work today. Went and bought another test at lunchtime - did it when I got back to work and

it was POSITIVE !! Less faint than last night so I guess I'm convinced. Going to see GP on Tuesday.
Off to eat dinner now. First time today I haven't felt like hurling at the thought of food

Congratulations! Now, who's next?

runnyhabbit · 29/08/2008 23:16

Thomasland was BRILLIANT! Weather was dry (hurrah!) But J, bless him was in complete awe for the first 10mins at meeting his "heroes" The boys were so well behaved, considering they had been up for most of the previous night (J had a nightmare, and W teeth are giving him grief)
Even better was that we used Tesco clubcard vouchers to pay for our tickets!
J def knows how to melt his mummy though. Tonight, when I asked him for a goodnight kiss, he looked at me all seriously, then gave a great big grin and said "I love you mummy" Hugged me, and kissed me. I think I melted on the spot

MJ sorry I missed your birthday. Hope you had a lovely time mwaaaahh!

leaky FAB NEWS! Can highly recommend a two year age gap (but will not mention the hardwork, lol)

potc so that's why you wanted to know where I live?

Hi everyone else

Off to bed - have a good weekend x
