I have survived the holidays dd doesn't start back til the 8th but this was my last day with no plans/no dh. His holiday begins at 12.30 on saturday, i cannot wait.

DC off to bed soon, currently in the bath(dh doing it i'm not neglecting them) the drink and bed. Then I have to do some work

Ok in a bit of a flap.

Been feeling ropey for a couple of weeks. Sickly, bloated very tired. Sound familiar? My cycle has been a bit all over the shop since I had the implanon removed at end of March. Did a test last Thu 5 wks since last AF it was bfn. Have continued to feel yucky.

Dh bought me another test today, cheapo Boots one and I got a very faint bfp, then because it was so faint he went and bought one of those whizzy clearblue digital things and that says bfn!

Going to wait until Sunday before I test again, then go and see GP on Monday if no AF in meantime.

Feel like I'm in limbo!

Leaky, if you read any pg test thread they all say you cannot get a false positive. It may just be very very early days and because you tested on a weak wee that it showed BFN. I'd try one first thing in the morning.

FWIW with ds my line was very faint but most definately there. I knew I was pg because of all the feelings etc etc and the test just confirmed it.

leaky - very exciting! Hope you get a BFP on the next test. I too thought false positives are VERY rare (unless you're on fertility drugs)

just had the weirdest phone convo. Been chatting to a guy from work (mj - I might be coming to visit you soon ). Chat in itself wasn't weird I guess, just that odd feeling off talking to someone out of context, if that makes sense!

we've arranged for a company to collect our paper for shredding at work, and OMG the guy was fit! All the girls are now volunteering to cover for me if I'm not there when he's coming!

Leaky, I actually phoned a company that made pregnancy tests as I had a very faint positive with ds, I wasn't sure whether that meant a real positive or not! They told me that you cannot get a false positive result Hope you are ok xx
