Doobydoo · 23/08/2008 20:02

lexilex · 23/08/2008 20:54

its been very quiet today! where are you all?????

Eddas · 23/08/2008 21:13

not sure where everyone else is but I know that i haven't gone and got a real life

Highlight of my day was going to a boot fiar/fete and buying some toys and kids books.

DH been out all day, went to watch Charlton v Reading then off to his mates for beer and xbox. I know, i know. He is a grown up honest

And tomorrows event, yep another boot fair I'm looking for some bargains that will keep dd amused on our journey to Brighton on tuesday. So far I have some felt felt, as dd calls it(I know it as fuzzy felt), colouring, sticker book and High School Musical 2 cd, which I quite like

lexilex · 23/08/2008 23:21

still very quiet, i went for a while hope that some people came online, but no. lol the whole of mums net is quite.

hi eddas did you enjoy the boot fair? i love those things, hope the journey to brighton is painless for you, is it a long way for you to go? x

Eddas · 24/08/2008 08:00

hi lexi, not sure i'm gonna go to the boot fair, looks a bit damp outide. I live in Kent so Brighton isn't too far. The way back is split into two as I'm stopping in Eastbourne to meet up with cd, which i'm really looking forward to

I think lots of people are on holiday atm. I hope once school re-starts that it'll be a bit busier on here, although not as busy as the old days where a thread was filled in an hour

I meant to say hi to kazzal the other day too when was ds born, what's his name? Congrats on the pg let me see if I can find our stats thread

Eddas · 24/08/2008 08:07

about us

the babies

it might help you get to know a few of us. There have been some namechanges, just off to get dc breakfast, then i might see if I can amend the changers so the lists make sense! You can see we've lost quite a few people to rl or lurking

geordieminx · 24/08/2008 08:10

Eddas · 24/08/2008 08:19

Hi all

Not much to report here, hope you are all enjoying your bank holiday weekends. Hoping to get out for the day tomorrow, forecast is ok so I am crossing my fingers that it stays that way!

pillockofthecommunity · 24/08/2008 19:42

popping by to update on our weekend

this afternoon
this morning
yesterday

and these are really funny!

(All on facebook but you don't all go on there, I know!)

oooggs · 24/08/2008 20:02

ellie - has your posting name changed? capitals?

very tired here had a family day out at Crealy - great fun

PillockOfTheCommunity · 24/08/2008 20:08

Only because I'm posting on the rest of the site under a different name and when I changed it back I forgot to put it in capitals

Is this better?

(but you are right, I would be letting down the pedant in me if I continued to use a lower case name )

PillockOfTheCommunity · 24/08/2008 20:10

We liked Crealy, I got scared on one of the kiddie's rides though

Matthew is starting to whinge about seeing Pesha's ds1 again, perhaps we could all meet up at Crealy one weekend?

Doobydoo · 24/08/2008 20:55

Hope the monster noises have stopped Eddas and that you had a good day.
Hi SPB...How did it go?Is T ok?
Glad you had a good day Oooggs
M has been an utter PITA[grrrrrr]We both have a stinking cold.He has whinged almost solidly since 1pm till bedtime and scrabbled and fallen over and hurt himsef and walloped me etc.He pulls his hair outat the sides.Ds1 says he looks like Beethoven or Mozart[the one with sticky out hair].
ds1 is now going to school[think I might have said that]I now have to find a non itchy Maroon jumper...niiiiice.x

oooggs · 24/08/2008 20:55

yes that's better!!!

yes sounds good and where is Pesha?

PillockOfTheCommunity · 24/08/2008 21:03

Pesha is lurking, she broke her computer again and bought a new laptop and is now being a lazy mare and not joining in

And if that doesn't bring her out of the woodwork nothing will
