Nothing exciting to report here, Izzy still being a little madam, her molars are coming through and she is biting me loads.

Oooggs - you'll be pleased to know your pregnancy is flying by for me to!! Its a HaaHoo from the Night Garden - C is absolutely obsessed by them - but you cant seem to get any HaaHoo stuff anywhere, its all Iggle Piggle and Upsy Daisy, so I decided to make him one!

Laith - that sounds fab - there is a "premier" of a new ITNG film in Edinburgh, and Liath and I have been invited - we are much sought after for these red carpet events dont ya know!

Leaky - hope you have arrived safely in Switzerland, and are tucking into some yummy chocolate. No real advice re MIL, its a very sad situation, very so sorry that you are caught in the middle.

Ooh, that haahoo is great - do you work to commission GM?? I am so happy ITNG is back on at bedtime, it seems to tranquilise the kids beautifully.....

SOL, you should go to the hotel that DH & I went to for our wedding anniversary - the waiters were very easy on the eye .

Ds has started saying "uh-oh" when he drops things, it is very cute. DH is appalled that one of the few words he can say is "chocolate" - usually accompanied by his jumping up and down and swinging on the fridge door. I'd like to see DH manage both of them all day without resorting to using chocolate!!

Did I tell you all that DH is going to be on TV? Channel 5 - Highland Emergency tuesday nights. Hopefully they are going to let us know which episode.

N went off very happily this morning - seemed utterly unphased to be in Yr 1 and new class, and very happy to go in the taxi which had been rejigged a bit and was more like a little minibus with more children in, including one Yr 5 girl she really likes. Have to see how she is tonight. O was sad this morning though - tears when N left.

I think I will try doing the reading listening on the two days they've put me down for and see how it goes. If it's too much, I'll just say it's too difficult with Orla (which it may in fact be, as she is liable to run madly round the classroom trashing the place!).

Oooggs - hope J has a great first day. I got the sew on labels too, because at least then you can take them out and sew them into new clothes when they grow out of the small ones.

Have we heard from POTC on M's first day? Anyone else just starting school?

hi ladies, slowing going insane here, 11 days until o starts school and its the time off the month for me so me and o are at each others throats all day long, roll on first day of school, but looking forward to a drink, chocolate. and ugly betty tomorrow.

J starts school a week Monday. Think he's the youngest one to start?
I need to sort out his name tags, and also take the waist in on some of his trousers. Very much like his daddy - all legs and no waist, lol. Going to get his school shoes and new bag next week, and then he's done.

C and I had a lovely day today - across to Edinburgh for a preview screening of ITNG and then lunch with Liath and her dd and ds.

So pleased scan and school went well OOOGGS
Ds1 went to taekwondo after school today then did homework etc.Seemed abit subdued.It transpires that a girl in an older class has been hitting him and kicking him when the teacher[also headmistress]is outside the classroom on her mobile.He locked himself in the bathroom at home for abit and eouldn't tell us what was going on.He has bruises up his arms from holding them up as a defensive move.I could and have cried I am so angry and upset.

How is everyone? Haven't caught up at all and have kind of been avoiding as catching up seems like such a momentous task but I dont like to post just about myself iyswim so not been posting at all

I've also been manic with kids on hols and getting them ready for school and packing for house move and trying to sort out my life generally! And stupid computers on top of that. Have har to reboot pc and reload router manually as disc corrupted but have managed to get it all working finally! [touch wood]

I did pop on the other dsay just long enough to see leaky is Pg CONGRATULATIONS!! Fantastic news!

Also just saw that your scan went well Oooggs, really pleased for you So come on then, what you having?????

Better go have bath then bed now, not used to these early starts for school anymore!
