oooggs · 18/08/2008 20:09

the post office tried to deliver me a pram/pushchair today but we were out and missed them by 20 mins hope it comes tomorrow

it is for new baby but it converts to a single pushchair and we need one of those as sold our last one [dumb]

Eddas · 18/08/2008 20:13

how annoying oooggs. even worse when you are in but they haven't pressed the bell properly or, normally the case for me, you don't hear the bell

oooggs · 18/08/2008 20:15

yes that happened with something dh ordered last month, I was very mad, our front room is upstairs and the front door is downstairs and I have stairgates to get through

Eddas · 18/08/2008 20:27

oooggs · 18/08/2008 20:28

when does it finish?

Eddas · 18/08/2008 20:31

5 mins

I just know i will be outbid and don't want to go any higher. not sure why i'm waiting tbh. as gm said the other day, i'll just be tempted to up my bid. I'm trying to distract myself on here.

I should be working

Eddas · 18/08/2008 20:35

here gm

yep i got it the only other bidder went up to £35 so my £35.57 did the trick

I emailed re a raincover and they said they'd used a universal one on it as the original had torn. so I may already have one that'll fit

oooggs · 18/08/2008 20:44

gm - the link is by eddas at 7.32am today

PillockOfTheCommunity · 18/08/2008 20:45

I've got all his uniform - at least I think I have - except his shoes. Haven't tried any of it on him yet as he'll look all grown up and I know I'll cry

yes it put a tear in our eyes - so grown up - we took a photo - hard to believe it has gone so fast

oooggs · 18/08/2008 20:49

Katy - how was T with PILS? and how were you without T?

PillockOfTheCommunity · 18/08/2008 20:50

They laughed at me at work today, a mailshot came in for an info day being held here

I said that if I ever do get married it would be there (I'd like to get married at the church a few hundred yards from there, here but I'm not hugely religious, and every man I meet is divorced anyway )

They all thought this was hilarious as I'd said I was NEVER getting married (except D of course who kept strangely quiet being as he'd asked me to marry him once I'm 30!)

eddas - you could try selling the cot bit on ebay... assuming of course that you dont need it
