Thanks Debs, Hedgehog, Ernest, Poppy and Paro - vomiting is OK. I should be used to it by now, but just depressing because it's come back. Last night was particularly stressful, because she vommed at 11pm just after her dream feed, so I had to defrost 3 oz and feed her again.
DH, who has been really unsympathetic all the time and treated me like I was being hysterical, then said, 'Oh my God. I didn't realise it was that bad. I think we should take her to the hospital' Cue a massive row, and I didn't get to sleep till 2 am because I was so cross and stressed. Anyway, all is more cheerful today.
But much worse is the dishwasher! I called Wandsworth council out for a rodent operative the same day (snigger). He is coming at 10.30 am on Tuesday. So how come Bosch, a multinational that's German fgs, can't send someone till Friday, and then only 'between 9 and 5'!
Debs, how are you coping without a dishwasher? At least we aren't running a B&B! Do any of the self-catering bits have a dishwasher?
Paro, great thread title!
Socks, I think the Gap ones stay on best.
Hedgehog, sorry about your DH. Very naughty not to call you. Are 'the boys' his mates or are you a stepmum?
Sybil, agree with you about chilliness. I nearly put the heating on too!
Greenfairy, I'm not Neenz but I do have experience of a large baby having a funny sleeping schedule! DS was on the 85 centile and dropped his dream feed at about three months. I was pretty strict on him doing Gina in the morning (ie 30 mins and then 2 hours), but the afternoons were a disaster. He'd never fall asleep, but would get terribly over-tired and basically yell from about 4.30 till 5.30, and then I'd cluster feed him from 5.30 till 7.30 so he didn't have a chance to yell! not very helpful, I'm afraid.
