it was Norty......why? are the renowned for thier shite-ness? My last one came from them and I never had a minutes bother with it; but this is their own "brand" where my old one was a named brand.

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 08/06/2008 21:12

I loved the breakfast club too. Though not as much as pretty in pink.

Glad the party went well. Love the thought of DD standing there shouting "go, go, go"

I've got washing to hang up too, but I'm tired so it'll have to wait. Day off tomorrow without the jamlet, as we're sending her to nursery anyway. So plenty of time for chores and gardening etc. Then the rest of the week should be nice days out having fun

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 08/06/2008 21:14

To be fair (though tbh I hate being fair to PC world) my laptop from Dell had a dead pixel. But they sent a nice (very nice, shame I was a new mummy and looking far from my best) young man out to replace the screen for me

JammyQueenOfTheSewers · 08/06/2008 21:16

OK, bed time for jammy. Lots to do tomorrow and no doubt it'll be another early start.

LittleMissNorty · 08/06/2008 21:24

Night Jammy x

Daisy, I'm married to a network engineer and that's his opinion of them. Sure they'll change it for you though no problem

Will see how I feel tomorrow, as I always throw up with anxiety (which is why I've hardly eaten for a week), its difficult to pin down a reason....my MS last time kicked in at 6 weeks but was very specific IYKWIM....same time and triggers.....

Sputnik · 08/06/2008 21:27

I should really go to bed soon, before i eat something. I am making a huge effort to get past the weight I've been stuck on for ages it seems. I have a new strategy which I'll share if it works!

Wonder how Holly's night out went.

LittleMissNorty · 08/06/2008 21:28

Are you just an hour ahead Sputnik or two?

Sputnik · 08/06/2008 21:31

Glad you're anxiety is getting better with your trip and the op out of the way Norty. Hard not to worry in early pg though, try not to worry.

Sputnik · 08/06/2008 21:33

Just 1. But I have a real sleep backlog and am trying to be disciplined. Pre DCs I rarely went to bed before midnight.

LittleMissNorty · 08/06/2008 21:35

Oh I'm always in bed long before 10.30....let alone midnight .....perhaps cos I'm up at 6am every morning....and DD seems to have got into the same habit

Night Sputnik, sleep well...and long x

justbeme · 08/06/2008 21:35

Evening!
Hope you feel better soon Norty.
Talking of sickness - I DID drive DD1s friend home last night - at 11 o clock. She threw up 3 times, and once again in the car. apparently she was sick all thru the night as well - so Im soooooo pleased I did drive her - even if It took 40 mins.
The thought of being up all night with someone elses child - when Im not even 100% myself!

Glad you had a good day Daisy.
What a fab day for the weather!!

lackaDAISYcal · 08/06/2008 21:36

I'm eating chocolate ....after a mahoosive bowl of Eton mess after my bangers and burgers. DD loved hers so much she started howling when the bowl was empty, bless her.

am intrigued by your weight loss sputnik; although I'm not doing too badly myself although I'm sure that will soon change!

Sputnik · 08/06/2008 21:36

Your anxiety
I really should get more sleep!

Doesn't help that I get woken usually at 6.

LittleMissNorty · 08/06/2008 21:37

sounds llike you done the right thing JBM.....hope you are ok x

lackaDAISYcal · 08/06/2008 21:38

you must be relieved you took DDs friend home jbm.

I hope you're taking things easy though.

LittleMissNorty · 08/06/2008 21:38

Right I'm off too - football has finally finished

night all x

Sputnik · 08/06/2008 21:40

So had she been at the cider JBM or was it a bug?

justbeme · 08/06/2008 21:45

Hopefully food poisoning from a pastie the night before and NOT a bug - I dont want it!!!!!

Im trying to take it easy - but am getting tired easily - Perhaps I might need to take some Iron or something.

Do we have any birthdays this week??

bumperlicious · 08/06/2008 21:49

Good move JBM. DH and I are playing wii golf - I'm winning! 3 straight birdies!

Sputnik · 08/06/2008 21:53

You probably should take iron JBM, and rest.

foxythesnowfox · 08/06/2008 21:55

Norty around. She might be able to help here

Evening lovely ladies

justbeme · 08/06/2008 22:15

Hi and Bye Foxy!
Im off - Night all. x

lackaDAISYcal · 08/06/2008 22:32

has everyone gone?

I've just been having a mad mix up on FB! I set up a secret group and invited someone to join. she has done so, but under an assumed name and didn't say. I got friend request from what looked like some random bloke (I get them all the time!!!) so pressed ignore, then this person turned up on the secret group. I thought I had some mad stalker who had infiltrated my FB account.....took me a while to figure it out and have been replying to her posts saying "er who are you?" and was about to contact FB when the penny dropped, so have now been following her around apologising......what a numpty

LittleMissNorty · 09/06/2008 13:03

everyone is obviously enjoying the sun

OJ's Steve died this morning.....

foxythesnowfox · 09/06/2008 13:50

Its so terribly sad isn't it?

How are you doing Norty? What news?!
