Wow, quiet here today. SPB, hopefully if nothing has appeared then he just had an irritation from something. F has got a bit of eczema around her mouth and a little under her nose lately. Seems to come and go.

CaptainDippy · 25/05/2008 18:50

Mamaguay - defintely not last off the mark by any stretch - P is crawling, cruising a little, but definitely no signs of walking just yet. Sorry N has been poorly

Awwww, a cold sore, poor T, SPB

Good that you are going to see GP - think I should probably be heading myself soon too ....

StealthPolarBear · 25/05/2008 19:47

Hi everyone
Sorry so many people seem down at the moment, is there something about them being one, or just coincidence? I suppose for a lot of people it can coincide with going back to work.
Nothing shown up yet - thanks for all the reassurance. My mum has a cold sore at the moment, almost gone and so she was careful not to kiss him etc yesterday, however she tends to get drunk at family dos. Hopefully it will turn out to be a tooth coming through.
I am amazed at the difference it makes now he can go out in our garden and crawl around - he just loves being outside and is entertained for hours. At the moment we have weedkiller down so he can't and we've really noticed the difference!
Did Pillock go to see Pesha in the end?

oooggs · 25/05/2008 19:59

evening - we have had lovely weather here today despite the weather man stating it was going to be the dreadful

CaptainDippy · 25/05/2008 20:02

Am I the only one with a clingy, whinging, whiny baby who doesn't want to be put down and won't just crawl off and lpay ever .... please please tell me I am not!! [hm]

CaptainDippy · 25/05/2008 20:04

Should be a play in there and a at the end

StealthPolarBear · 25/05/2008 20:04

T goes through phases of it, although he has been MUCH better since he's not ill - even my mum has noticed. How long has she been like this?

mammyjo · 25/05/2008 20:09

CD, F goes through phases of that. Some days she will happily go into the toy room and entertain herself (not for ages, but a baby amount of time!), but other days I feel like I have her constantly attached to my hip.

Mamiguay, meant to say earlier that F is happy to cruise around the furniture but will not walk alone. She will wander for ages holding hands, but the second I try to let her go she either drops to her bum or her knees and starts crawling! We have tried to get her to walk between us but she is not having any of it

Off now to sit on my bum and relax. Very tired this pm. Crossing my fingers that the phone call comes this week...............

cazboldy · 25/05/2008 20:22

Hello all

so sorry to hear your news dooby

leaky - really hope you feel better soon

miserable weather today - even my lot didn't want to go outside!

got loads of housework done anyway - and i don't have an ironing pile anymore!

Sexonlegs · 25/05/2008 20:24

Evening all

CD, hope you are ok. You sound down. xx
K will play on her own for a while, but not long. If I am in the room with her, she will just crawl all over me, or pull up on me.

Oooggs, snap on the weather. We were predicted storms. It was wet this morning, but this afternoon has been blazing sunshine.

SPB, hope T is ok

Hi MJ.

Mav, K is not walking. She cruises around furniture, will walk holding our hands, and can stand on her own for about 10 seconds, but no walking on her own. B was 14 months when she first walked, so I am kind of thinking K may be the same or later.

So, how are we all?

Had a lovely day with some friends. Went for a walk and then a pub lunch and then back this afternoon for a laze in the garden.

cazboldy · 25/05/2008 20:27

Molly isn't walking alone yet....holding hands, or the wall etc then yes, but unaided no

James was 12 and a half months

Caitlin was 10 months

Harry walked on his 1st birthday

Charlie was 11 months

so molly is the slowest, but she talks a lot more than some of them did, and she is much more independant on the whole

she just thinks we all exist to wait on her!

CaptainDippy · 25/05/2008 20:29

I am down

cazboldy · 25/05/2008 20:30

mammyjo · 25/05/2008 20:50
