OP posts:
cameroonmama · 28/05/2008 17:37

from you or Jam???????

divulge woman divulge

Oh god, you are both having triplets

largeginandtonic · 28/05/2008 17:40

Beau and Tilda were ever so cute chasing each other at the weekend. In fact they were just cute looking at each other, the food sharing was very funny, it was like having twins all over again.

Beau has been on cows milk for a few weeks now, he noticed nothing! Prefers it if anything. I am cautious with it as Jonah was dairy intolerant and had awful reactions to it. Beau did have different nappies for about 48hrs but nothing after that.

Thats great news LG&T Sure she will be ok with you letting us know

Well I have news of my own but im not sure how I feel yet, came as a bit of a suprise. Either I am very very fertile or Dh has super sperm seeing as we only got 'intimate' a handful of times last month So much for having the coil fitted to stop any 'accidents' Havent mentioned anything to Dh yet. He came in just now and I thought we would get chance to talk but he beat me to it and told me some sad news and the moment passed, he has now gone to the pub for a few drinks (hes got the night off work) so maybe i should mention it when he gets home in a bit of a happier state. I told a friends daughter that she can have my moses basket and steriliser the other day too Ive been so adament that Alana is my last, bloody coil

He found out today that his Uncle who is the same age as us has been told he only has 3-5yrs left to live. Im not sure what is wrong with him, we all thought he had ME but the Dr's werent sure and have been doing lots of tests. He is having an operation in 4wks which if it goes well could extend his life expectancy for a few more years but if it goes wrong it could shorten it I feel so sorry for them, they have four daughters, the youngest is only 6

JamInMyWellies · 28/05/2008 18:16

pebble thats brilliant news, god we are a fertile bunch.

Thanks so much for all the virtual handholding. I did tell DP that costco could wait and that you lot would all be waiting to hear what had happened

Blimey you have all been chatterboxes today. PJ chuck lexie on cows milk A has been on it for a couple of weeks now no probs apart from the first 24 hours of stinky poos.

I too saw that thread last night poor SCB very sweey advice from SOH.

LG how are you feeling those sea sickness bands are rubbish make no diff. NOw isnt it natural yog for thrush?

MID how awful for your Dad will swaer of KFC now. I hope he feels better soon.

Scoot how is your tummy dont panic about symptoms and defo stop googling.

So best be off and get NO.1 to bed oh my god am going to have 2 under 2 and the mental puppy. stop laughing all of you particularly Cam I can hear you all the way from Kenya.

cameroonmama · 28/05/2008 18:50

Pebble! Great news, how will you deal with the coil?

Stay away from me you lot with your hormones, I don't want to catch any of them.

MKG · 28/05/2008 19:09

Jam don't worry about the two under two it isn't that bad. Everyone I know says it is, but I think it's great. Just as Mateo was walking and talking I had another baby. I got the best of both worlds. My dog is eternally mental though.

Pebble-relax, breathe, and we will be here to hold your hand.

MKG · 28/05/2008 19:11

And I still think that LG&T is going to have sextuplets.

Just had Cruz's friend birthday party with 5 children under 3 it was very interesting and crazy, but fun. I'm just so tired and sick. I don't want to anything else for the rest of the day.

AprilMeadow · 28/05/2008 19:30

Jam, i am so pleased for you - you know that it will be a girl as well!!

Pebble, congratulations!

PJ, pop her on cows milk. I put Ella on about a month before she turned one. She did notice but after a few bottles and poos she was happy taking it.

ShowOfHands · 28/05/2008 19:32

Hurrah Jam.

Pebble, that's mixed new isn't it? We found out one of dh's friends had committed suicide the same day I tested positive with M. In a way, the one eased the other but what terrible news for your dh. And with children too. Horrid.

And, er, I'm hiding behind Cam. Keep your fertility to yourselves. I swing between never having more and maybe considering it when M is 2.

Pebblemum · 28/05/2008 19:35

Thanks everyone

God Im soo confused. Hadnt had any symptoms so thought it was just a missed Af due to the coil. How am I going to manage with 4, barely cope with 3 somedays (Im no LG&T lol)One minute Im scared, the next Im excited. God knows what Dh will say, now and again he has mentioned having another but how serious he was I dont know, he normally mentions it when hes had a couple of drinks. Ideally he will be a bit tipsy when he comes in and bring up the subject so I can just let it slip out, by morning he will have had time to digest it and we can talk about it properly

Pebblemum · 28/05/2008 19:37

OMG 2 under 2, hadnt thought of that Add to that a moody pre-teen and a boisterous 5yr old, Im going to go insane

SKYTVADDICT · 28/05/2008 20:33

Congrats Pebble and great news JW.

Hope the news goes down ok with DH!

cameroonmama · 28/05/2008 20:36

Right that's it, I've had enough of you pregnant and broody ladies, I'm off to here on Friday for a couple of days.

SOH, do you and Tilda want to join us? How about you MrJB? (where are you by the way? did my parcel arrive??)

cameroonmama · 28/05/2008 20:37

Woops meant Mrs JB obviously Though I'm sure MrJB would be very much welcome amongst the throng of husbandless mummies on holiday together

LookattheLottie · 28/05/2008 21:07

Jam so happy to hear the good news! It's been a hectic few days but had to get on to see if all went ok today

SOH Windemere is beautiful! I used to live quite near there when I stayed in Cumbria. I bet the gingerbread is good to

Pebble! Congratulations! for you and dh to though.

Jees has someone been throwing cow poop over you lot, I've never known a more fertile group of women in my life! Was it SOH on her tractor?

Belated Birthday wishes to any babies I missed!

Hello to everyone

I'm sorry I'm being crap and not catching up all that much. Too tired. It's been manic the last few days. Had a great time for C's Birthday, she was spoilt rotten and had a fabulous party on Saturday. However the festivities have left her over excited and have broken her bedtime routine and now she's being a complete horror! It was 11:35 last night until I finally cacked and just put her in bed and let her scream. And 11:10 the previous night. It's starting to make me feel low. I love her, but I like my evenings to myself lol. I can't do baby all frickin day!

I got her off about half an hour ago, put her to bed and now she's woken again. I am not going back into that room whilst she is awake. Have started her on full fat cows milk today, she's getting 1 at breakfast, 1 at lunch and a formula bottle at bedtime.

Got the train today into another town for some shopping, needed some retail therapy. Had a shite day yesterday, excuse my language. Went into Primark, and they had a sale! I didn't think it got much cheaper lol. I got loads for £20.00, bargains! My luna is also winding me up as the harness is crap and it can't restrain C, she's nearly out the pram several times a day even with the bumper bar. Another call to M&P me thinks.

Off to have a glass of wine and go to bed. Night all x

scootermum · 28/05/2008 21:15

R-e-l-a-x ladies..2 under 2 is a total piece of piss...>>Scoot downs her 4th gin of the evening after getting M and L into bed following 3 tantrums, one banged head, one thrown up bottle, tears and quite a nice cuddle with the two of them at the end of it

scootermum · 28/05/2008 21:48

DH has just made a chicken casserole for the girls. From scratch!Never before has he cooked anything for them (and rarely anything for me that doesnt revolve around mince!)
And its quite nice!

ShowOfHands · 28/05/2008 22:16

Oh yes, first thing to rule out is changed cat litter- the most common cause. With a UTI it's more like they can't wait/don't make it. Change back to the old cat litter and I predict it won't happen again.

And I saw what you typed about looking in pub windows. I saw ya, you mad old bean. Did you look in as many MaccyDs for dh?

I am cross as a cross thing atm. Must go to bed and ignore MN.
