I didn't know/remember that you had it with ds1 mrm. Were there any bad effects on you or him? You had planned c-sec didn't you - was that because of GD?

I think we might be starting potty training rather soon. Dd took her nappy off to wee this morning (all over her plastic chair whilst standing at the sink!) and this evening, after getting undressed, has done 2 wees and now a poo in the potty, all unprompted except for me asking when she got undressed if she could use the potty if she needed to rather than wee over the floor .

God knows what the problem was but a BT engineer came out this morning, said it wasn't BT's problem it was a Sky problem. So dh has rung them twice more ranting at them and all of a sudden it's working again

Fanjo... not really much help, I think I just insisted on nappy or knickers for food. Did have an interesting time with her trying to shove a sponge up there though (was using sea sponges instead of mooncup then... sometimes you should have privacy in the loo it seems!)

I noticed some posts about teething. I'm pretty sure ds is teething. He's waking up crying 2-3 times a night, every night for the last week, he's dribbling loads more than usual and when i've been brushing his teeth and i get to the back he flinches in pain and won't let me do it.

CSWS sorry no experience of GD here, or more to the point kids shoving stuff up their fanjo, yet....there's still lots of time for that I go with Jas's suggestion of knickers or nappies.

{{{hugs}}}MRM may I suggest fitness pilates, which is what I do, its more aerobic than pilates (and I don't look pregnant, no I don't!)

pmsl at dd sticking things up her fanjo csws, i missed that bit earlier but at wees and poo on the potty. Ds did a wee on the toilet the other day because he was nappy free and i'd cleaned the room carpet so we couldn't get to his potty.

I love ds in sleeveless tops. He had 3/4 trousers and crocs on today its getting warmer .

yes sigh, he's got a check up tomorrow, so hopefully they'll tell him he's not poorly really and to crack on with life! although I think he really needs to see someone about his back asap....which he appears to have put out as well....

csws- rofl for pie and fanjo. I always try to go to the loo alone when I'm using tampons...don't want her to realise you can shove stuff in just yet! Dd can't manage to get any clothes off herself yet (except socks) so we're still safe on that one for a while.

csws, it wasnt for that,it was jabs to do with non clotting blood, so a high chance of me dying Apparently. 2 jabs a day in any bit dh could find that wasnt yet bruised..... at the end of the 6 weeks, I had a multicoloured torso

Wondering whether to ask if my neighbour could invite the boys over for a bit, so I can do a run this morn. I certainly wont be doing it aftermy tattoo tonight! So I'm feeling guilty already! *'m wondering about aerobics; wont be able to do it while the tattoo has scabbed over as it'll rub on my top with all the prancing about. rubbing should be ok if I go slow and gentle, surely? And I'm just hoping the scabbing process is nice and quick!!

Ds got into his bugy on his ow for the first time yesterday. He is very capable, but up til now has always just stood and done up all the straps then walked off, soI've had to put him in.

All the windows in our house open half way down/halfway up....except for the one in dd's bedroom which opens at the bottom. I have to keep it locked all the time which isn't great for fresh air, because I'm so scared of her tumbling out of it (well- it will be the one time she DOES climb won't it?)

Nah. This guy is charging less, can do it today, and I've seen examples of his work, looks good. This'll be just the slightly longest yet; he reckons an hour and a hlf.
