Hi Ladies, it said we needed a new thread

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
SKYTVADDICT · 03/04/2008 15:35

No PJ just that DD1 looks at me a little quizzically as she knows I plan to!

Pebblemum · 03/04/2008 15:57

Cmon spill, who is this famous mner or at least give clues

Pebblemum · 03/04/2008 18:11

Ok just found the thread you were talking about, thought it was going to be one of those guessing ones where everyone was messing around but after reading it I dont want to know who MF is. Whats been done to her is disgusting

Mrsjaffabiffa · 03/04/2008 18:39

It is terrible Pebble, poor woman! Just hows how carefulyou have to be if yo want to remain annonymous (sp) I am so pleased and thankful that not one person on Mn knows anything about me. I am not real, simply a figment of your screen!!

Must pack, Must pack......

JamInMyWellies · 03/04/2008 18:59

AprilMeadow · 03/04/2008 19:09

OP posts:
JamInMyWellies · 03/04/2008 19:40

AM just got round to trying to open up the spreadsheet cant get it to work for me either. I am more than happy for my address to be put on the list but it may be a bit redundant at the mo what with moving.

Pinkjenny · 03/04/2008 19:52

Do anyone else's LOs go on hunger strike occasionally? L hardly eaten anything all day and refused all her bottles. She was a tiny bit sick before when I was forcing her to eat some bread. Apart from that, she's been normal all day, maybe a teensy bit warm.

Am I overreacting?

Pebblemum · 03/04/2008 19:57

Sometimes A will hardly eat any of her food or drink but then another time she will eat for England. Have no idea why they do this, other than to worry their poor mums lol. She will probably be back to normal tomorrow

JamInMyWellies · 03/04/2008 20:12

A has been exactly the same today tis the teeth PJ. By the way how is operation sleep going?

cameroonmama · 03/04/2008 20:16

Pink, does she have a bit of a runny nose and drooling a bit? Often extra drool and snot can fill their little tummies up and not leave much space for food as well as sore gums. Even superdustbin J refused everything but yoghurt tonight - I can see where some new teeth are coming so perhaps its too painful.

Yes you are overreacting, but we love you for it

Update please on the sleep bootcamp....

cameroonmama · 03/04/2008 20:18

oops didn't check that before posting, I meant to say 'as well as sore gums putting them off eating.' Its time for beddy byes methinks.

Pinkjenny · 03/04/2008 20:19

She's asleep at the mo - danger time is around 10pm, when mummy is getting tired and just takes the easy option by putting her into bed with us.

cameroonmama · 03/04/2008 20:20

Stick with it if you can, it'll only take a couple of days of pain, i promise you.

JamInMyWellies · 03/04/2008 20:26

may the force be with you PJ, I will be up until about 11 so if you need a little support I'm here.

Pinkjenny · 03/04/2008 20:30

Thanks everyone - the Pinot Grigio is helping my nerves.

Have uploaded some more pics xx

Mum2G · 03/04/2008 20:31

Good luck with it pink!

Heard back from our viewing yesterday - aparently not enough parking, but got another viewing booked for tommorrow, as long as we keep getting the viewings! Keeping the house so tidy and clean is driving me mad already

Pebblemum · 03/04/2008 21:03

Pink Alana is normally a great sleeper but if she decides to play up she will always choose to do it about 10mins after ive gone to bed and have just started nodding off. Im sure they have an alarm that goes off just as their mummy's are finally relaxing (or about to watch something decent on tv)

Mum2G hang on in there, you will get a buyer

J has an admirer Our neighbour's friend has taken a shine to him. He went to watch the school show tonight and this girl kept pointing him out to her friends and blowing him kisses lol

Pinkjenny · 03/04/2008 21:08

Pebble - that's exactly what happens in our house.

Can't believe J already has a girlfriend.

kaballie · 03/04/2008 21:12

Thanks for all the lovely welcomes! She was born May 13th, 6 weeks until Bday, can't believe how quickly it's gone. A year of maternity leave up on the 15th as well...Anyone else back at work?

Welcome Kabellie- your DD is beautiful

I have been back at work since January (only took the 9 months) but only work 2 days a week.

Have worked all this week though and am completely shattered now (also 22 weeks pregnant!)

Not been able to get on mumsnet this morning has caused me loads of irritation! Its like a drug.

How did it go last night Pink?

Hugs to LG&T today x

Pinkjenny · 04/04/2008 12:49

Operation sleep had to be aborted due to the throwing up that ensued in the middle of the night last night.

SKYTVADDICT · 04/04/2008 13:00

Oh dear, I presume you me L. Hope she is ok now. You did say she hadn't eaten yesterday. Must have been coming down with something.

I decided that as we are going away the second week of the hols I would "postpone" our "Operation get to sleep on his own" until after we get back.

Really busy at work and keep getting things wrong - not all my fault but to be honest I really don't care enough any more. I do need to money but not the hassle!!!
