Welcome Kaballie to the madness gang

LG&T, havent stopped thinking about you all day. Am pleased that the Dr has given you something to help you. You are such a strong lady and Phin is just the luckiest girl in the world to have such a fab mummy and such a great family around her to support her. xxx

Lups i am seriously crap, have just found A's pressie here. Will post it tomorrow as am running out of time today (i know its only half 12 but have a 1000 things to do). Fingers crossed it will arrive for Sat xx

Hi LGT - this pm is good for me, did you get the e mail that i sent you with my address and phone number on it? Do you fancy popping over here? Or dh is off in a bit so he could run me over to you if that is better

Mrsjaffabiffa · 03/04/2008 12:43

JW, you can if neceassary give calpol, 2hrs after neurofen, supposed to be max 8 doses total in 24hrs though..... iirc! Now will certainly be fine to give him some from 8am neurofen.

Hope he feels better soon.

AM need to speak to you brief, will you be around tonight, either on MSN or so I can ring?

What date was your little one born?

AprilMeadow · 03/04/2008 12:44

Thanks AM - will wait with breath that is baited.

Can't wait for the SATC movie.

Lupins71 · 03/04/2008 12:59

Thanks AM, I have not been crap just indecisive, as LGT will know tavistock is full of little shops that sell fab stuff that you will never find on the highstreet and being totally honest I just have chosen anything for Ella yet - well thats not true I have chosen lots but need to narrow it done to 1 lol, am going in tomorrow for final choice

Forgot to say hello and welcome kaballe

JW you can actually give them together - thats what they did at the hospital with dd, altho its recommended you space them 2 hours apart, but if you need to get a fever down it is ok to do them together

I am getting nowhere in my big clear up, I did loads of washing last night with the plan of hanging it out in the sunshine today, but the pub are having a smoking shelter built and there are roofers and builders out there - no way am i hanging my smalls out in front of them, suppose I out to wash up - oh so boring!

mom2latinoboys · 03/04/2008 13:42

I have to second LG&T on the let them scream it out as far as putting them in their own bed/crib. It's hard, but soon they will get the hint that they have to go to bed. My used to get so mad that I would let Mateo scream for about 30 min, but in the end it worked, and he has good bed time habits.

Pinkjenny · 03/04/2008 13:46

Mom2 - you're all giving me good vibes. Will try, I promise. The little face in the cot is heartbreaking. When I pick her up, she kind of goes, 'aah' and puts her head on my shoulder.

I am such a SUCKER!!!!!!!!!

mom2latinoboys · 03/04/2008 13:53

Yes you are. Cruz is a screamer. He screams until he gets what he wants. Mateo would scream for 30 min and then give up. Although with Cruz the first time we put him in it was terrible. So the next day we cut his nap short and kept him really busy, so he just passed out at bedtime. Tougher day, but heaven in the evening.

Pebblemum · 03/04/2008 13:57

Afternoon

LG&T hope the cloud lifts soon, glad you went to the dr's and didnt try to struggle through on your own. {{{hugs}}

Happy Birthday George and Ben!!

I cant believe the 1st birthdays are here already. AM did anything come of giving out the addresses as I would love to send cards etc but dont have a clue where evry1 lives (meant to mention it before now but kept forgetting)

J has been off school since Wed with conjuctivitis, he is now driving me mad. His eyes look a lot better so hopefully he will be going back tomorrow

Have just realised its dh's birthday on Wed and I have nothing for him Dont even know what i can get him either so guess its a trip into town tomorrow morning with E in tow, what fun

AM - got the spreadsheet ta, but its complete gobbledeegook. It is all just symbols. Can anyone who is more IT literate than myself work out how to view it? Or could I get it again?

Confused in Liverpool. Or Warrington, which is where I am currently doing no work.

I can open the file, but its all a page full of squares and circles and then rows of writing saying things like 'define resource' and 'category resource status'.

Love finding out people's real names though!

Me too. Is it possibly because I maybe have a different version of excel? The one on this PC is 2003.

Pebblemum · 03/04/2008 14:28

Pink I had trouble with it too. In the end AM sent me it in list form. I would be happy to pass it on to you if you like

Pinkjenny · 03/04/2008 14:29

That would be great pebble - email address is at beginning of the thread.

Mum2G · 03/04/2008 14:29

LGT - dh home and has been fed and watered so can drop me off no probs - only takes 20 mins! XX

Pinkjenny · 03/04/2008 14:34

I was lurking earlier and apparently there are 'famous' MNers. Am I wrong to wonder who they are?

Should I maybe do some work?

SKYTVADDICT · 03/04/2008 14:36

I'm just of to see if I can open mine
