KITTYmaspudding · 29/12/2007 23:00

Wow what a busy chatty evening.
Jay, that's great news, although i must say i've seen a couple of very newborns recently and really suprised myself by feeling completely unbroody .
I can't mother any more than 6, tbh I'm really struggling with what i've got.
Sorry i have read all your posts and would love to reply but i'm knackered, love to all xxx

hello everyone. lot to say but not got the energy to say it all. needless to say xmas was a real eye opener, ended up comingback home after boxing day as could not bare it at my parents anymore. got a telling off because (according) to my parents i do not feed Hayden vegetables! then my mum claiming that she would be happy if Hayden ate half a trifle she made (becasue you know i starve him!) then i had my nana on the phone basically emotionally bribing me to get Hayden christened as it would make her the happiest woman in the world etc. i mean what makes her think she is that big an involvement in his life bareing in mind she has never met him. just annoyed me. could not bare to be with dp, even now i am sick of him, finding courage to tell him to piss off. he said alot of things when we were at my parents which as just fuelled my growing resentment to him.
did try writing to individuals last night but was so drunk i kept deleting it all!!
hoping to see cable guy next week and also i ma on lots of dating things on fb!!! changede my profile pic as kept getting mingers wanting to meet me!!!!
hope you all had a good Xmas...

kiwibella · 30/12/2007 00:07

fox... I can't listen to her crying which is why I leave her to it and dh goes to her rescue! He thinks that she was saying "dere" tonight and pointing to the door .

Kate is cutting teeth top and bottom as well. Her medicine tastes nice but she won't take it. I tried putting it in yoghurt and she took a couple of spoonfuls (of yoghurt mix).

Really pleased for you Jay. I'm looking forward to your impending announcement. Your piccies on facebook are lovely and your family are gorgeous!

I've just been beaten at scrabulous by my sis!! Time for bed. Goodnight everyone x x

TheBlonde · 30/12/2007 08:58

Hello all, we have a crying baby here too, she wails as soon as I am out of sight

Alas she was sick all over her cot last night so we had to bath her at midnight and find the travelcot out.

Jay - glad to hear pg is going well

Callie - his first birthday ! that came round so quick

Foxy - was the colonic good? expensive? did they make you look at the water afterwards like on that telly prog with the Gillian woman?

Rosylily · 30/12/2007 09:13

The blonde -what a night! I hope she is all better soon.

Bethoo I think once you manage to make that break you will feel great relief. Be firm! You'll have to be or you'll end up with ten men having punch ups outside your house

muppetisacat · 30/12/2007 10:53

bethoo glad you're working yourself up towards telling dp where to go

hugs to all with poorly babies

jay - good to hear all is well... will they be pushing for an early delivery if you keep getting bigger?

no real time to post - trying to get house in some sort of order - STUFF IS EVERYWHERE!

DeathBySnooSnoo · 30/12/2007 11:55

jay-hopefully you are in the same situation i was when expecting no.3-i measured 3 weeks over but it was just cos my uterus was stretched from the other babies, the baby in there wasnt 3 weeks over sized

i havent installed scrabulous yet.i get overwhelmed when i go on FB and see '97 notifiactions' and decide i'm going to trawl through them at some point...then i end up spending 3 hours doing one thing(a la 'are you normal?')and never send any messages/drinks/crap.

foxy-i have had problems with my digestive system since i had my appendix out when i was 15,and it has got worse with pregnancies and the use of antidepressants(which slow your metablolism and cause constipation etc)and i would just love to have a good clear-out before embarking on my new healthy eating regime.

i am so bloated today that i have had to put maternity trousers on.my head hurts and i feel dizzy.i dont know if im having problems due to the tablets im stopping, the tablets im starting,my hormones,or something else.

Jaysthird · 30/12/2007 15:24

kitty, cant blame you for not feeling broody, you have your very own football team there!(almost) This is my last, i dont know how you do it with them all, i am shitting my pants thinking about how i will cope!! - excited too though i have to admit!

Muppet, there has been talk of an early induction, but to be honest, i wont be pushing for it, have managed a big baby before, think i can handle another, and i will be telling them that!! Will just have to wait for the scan and take it from there. - cant believe this is my third Christmas and NYE where i have been pregnant, i think i have forgotten how to get drunk.......have already booked my Mum to babysit for next NYE!!!

I see rosey and Piffle have 'ganged' up on me....we are having a threesome on FB scrabulous!!!!!! say no more lol!!

Bethoo, new year, new start!! Be strong, make whatever you do your decision and dont let anyone sway you otherwise

Thanks Kiwi, i love having a looksie at everyone pics, i looked at yours the other night, those ones from Kohanga album look fab, are all you ladies doing the hacker?

Isnt it crazy that Jordi is almost one, have a great birthday!
I had a flick back to the birth announcements, i never did one for Jensen, or at least i cant find it, how bad was that!!

Hope everyone has a lovely NYE! XX

kiwibella · 30/12/2007 16:46

thanks Jay... the kohanga ones were a special occassion - the tenth anniversary ball. No, we weren't doing the haka but everyone was singing in response to my speech which is traditional (shows support). I do have some piccies from Kate's naming ceremony of everyone doing the haka for her which I will have to upload. She was mesmorised.

I am pleased that you are excited for number 3's arrival. Good planning booking your mama in now!!

Bethoo... waiting for your news too . Mr SA must be back soon.

Snoo... you don't sound great I hope that you can work out your meds and start feeling brighter.

I'm listening to Andy Abraham... anyone know what happened to him after X Factor???

kiwibella · 30/12/2007 17:38

I have uploaded new piccies to my facebook page... enjoy!

Rosylily · 30/12/2007 18:58

That was my idea Jay, I thought I better bring in the big guns! (Then you can both probably wallop me!)

Must check Kiwis piccys.......

No word from Lunar for a while?

MerryXMoss · 30/12/2007 20:06

You lot can't half chat! In my head I have replied to each and every one of you. But in rl I have had a big glass of rose wine after a long day and just wanted to wish you all well.

Oh and I'm changing my name I think; new year new name. I will reveal all shortly!!

ReverseThePolarity · 30/12/2007 20:11

My new name

bethoo · 30/12/2007 21:41

i am not looking forward to tomorrow night as dp wants me to spend it with him, basically sat in front of crap tv sober listening to him repeat what he has just heard on the telly as if i was not listening too! i would rather hit the town as like the rest of you i was up the duff last year! of course he would not consider taking care of lo and tbh the town could be crap since all the soldiers are on leave so would be quiet and do not know anyone else to go out with woe is me, i think i would be happier at home on fb watching telly with a bottle of vodka!!! on the verge of alcohol dependance to have a good time!
on zoosk some dating thingy on fb and already talking to several guys but since i am shallow only responding to the muscly ones!!
since i got my lap top up and running i have not done any house work, my house is a bloody tip!!
cant beleive my little baby is almost a toddler!! weep weep

Rosylily · 30/12/2007 22:08

Bethoo maybe a chat with your dp is looming. What would he say if you said you just want to be friends do you reckon?

Reversethepolarity- it's good to change your name for new year (brain slowly tries to clunk into adjustment)

ReverseThePolarity · 30/12/2007 22:11

Bethoo... maybe NYE could involve one last shag before saying goodbye for 2008? (Maybe I'm just fantasising as shag-deprived.)

Rosy you'll get used to my new name. Call me Jon Pertwee if that makes it easier!

foxcubinapeartree · 30/12/2007 22:25

Bethhoo - yeah one last shag then tell him you just want to be frineds . You can always keep him at arms length but jsut have the occassional shag when you feel like it!

OMG am pissed on M&S sparkly Chardonnay!! two glasses and I am anyone's!!

TheBlonde/Snoo - I went on a fruitarian detox before i had my colon irrigated - I was tea total, unleaded, no caffiene, organic and fair-trade!!

TheBlonde · 30/12/2007 22:32

Fox - I need a detox but there is still choc in the house to consume

Bethoo - NYE is overrated anyway. When is the cable guy back?

Mossy - can I call you RTP for short?

Please noone else change names I find it confusing enough as it is!!

ReverseThePolarity · 30/12/2007 22:35

TheBlonde of course you can call me RTP. Or just plain old Polarity.

Foxy I have had a few glasses of Rosé and am feeling a bit tipsy; I'm so lightweight these days!!

However I'm going to bed soon. The big fat quiz of the year doesn't seem as funny as it did last year, and I'm tired.

Jaysthird · 30/12/2007 22:39

reverse, a change is as good as a rest, i think i will name change after the birth of number three!

i had a glass of wine on christmas day, and SOOOOO could have carried on to finish the bottle, the baby soon reminded me not to though!

Bethoo, have the chat, say what needs saying and then get the hell out - i wouldnt even bother with the one of shags, leave you feeling a bit shit IMO!

night all xx

MerryPIFFLEmas · 30/12/2007 22:43

Holy shite so much to catch up on
DD better now Finn snotty coughy and waking 3-4 x a night, taking ages to settle. yeah whatever....

Dp has discovered Warcraft thing that Diva scrams about
Diva am with you, effing scourge indeed.

Mossy you're still Mossy to me!
Callie amazing Jordi is 1 so soon - sobering thought indeed - my he is doing well!

Sazzy oh am willing myself to do soemthing about Finn in the night, but while teething and coughs bug him, think no cannot... path of least resistance for now...

Sod all else to report, cannot even remember did I report about xmas here? Well twas grand indeed.

NYE - wine, and Jools Holland, going out over rated - de ja vu - I have posted this already have I not?

Right quick qu for al you with cruising babes - how much do you protect them from their exploits, which are far beyond their skill level?
Finn has had one or tow minor falls and more out of frustration and a few from pain, screams his tits off.

I have 3 kids and washing to sort out, I cannot follow him around ready to catch him - tosya in 40 seconds it took me to take a wee, he was up 6 stairs.
Yeah I know stairgate. Yep getting onto that tomorrow.

But I WISH he would quickky learn how to get down again safely - how long does that take

As you can tell am hurried, vexed and cross.

Off to do FB now!

MerryPIFFLEmas · 30/12/2007 22:46

Jay also excitign to thing it's not that far away.
also should arrange to pop over one day when school is back in session.
What say ye?

kiwibella · 30/12/2007 23:01

Piff... we'll be spending the night with Jools too . Glad that dd is on the road to recovery. Fingers crossed that she will remain healthy once the children go back to school.

As for protecting our babies as they get more adventurous... I feel like I can't take my eyes off Kate atm!! However, I have a bit of a "she'll only do it once" attitude but hubs does not agree with this. I would be frightened of the stairs tho. She isn't cruising, yet but she is so stroppy determined. Nothing will stop her doing something that she wants to do.

All this vino and saucy talk !!
