Is it too soon to mention Christmas?

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
CaptainDippy · 29/11/2007 15:19

Obviously. Hope you find Pesha. I've currently lost my wallet and it's got my driving licence in it. Poo!

I totally forgot about Poundland - Dur!

CaptainDippy · 29/11/2007 15:24

Thank you sooooooo much SPB - hopefully I'll get it tomorrow morning!!!?

oooggs · 29/11/2007 15:46

how exciting - you must be mad

kneehighinnappies · 29/11/2007 15:47

OMG CD, congratulations (i think) could you imagen if you were going to join oooggs and I in the dt club

More babies is the furthest thing from my mind especially with 3 sick ones, L has the shits runs z has too and dd1 puked in her bed again last night.

I haven't eaten in 3 days now, so my bloody dress will be hanging off me at the xmas party, which I still plan on attending (the only way I am not is if I'm in a box and even then I'll leave a note to wheel me down)

Is it terribly bad of me leaving my sick kids with dh and my parents?
I should feel guilty but I just need a break from all the poo and puke, so norma better know how to hold her drink, cause I am not cleaning up after her

DanielJohnston · 29/11/2007 15:56

tut for having a willy in your tittle.

Sexonlegs · 29/11/2007 15:58

Pesha, hope you find the car wallet - what a pita.

KHIN, You must go to the ball!!! Pmsl at not clearing up after Nutty - too right!
Sorry to hear the dc's are poorly - wishing them better soon

Dh has been out since 5.00 a.m. this morning and not back until about 9.00 tonight - grrr. He is up in Aberdeen.

Sexonlegs · 29/11/2007 16:00

CD, meant to say the job is similar to what I am doing now but for a firm of Accountants. It looks really good. Same hours and they say they are flexible re hours, plus it is 5/10 minutes down the road from home. I also expect it will pay much better than what I am on at the mo.

We shall see!

NorthernLurker · 29/11/2007 16:10

CD - the post better behave itself then - you've got all of us hanging on here

Pesah - do hope you find the wallet - we lost the form you need to get the car taxed - V something? once - I rang up and got another at cost of £20 or so - then we found the original!

CaptainDippy · 29/11/2007 16:15

Definitely think you should go KHIN - hope everyone in your house is better soon! xx

I hope the post is reliable too - this suspense thing is catching, isn't it!!?

kneehighinnappies · 29/11/2007 16:17

I have to ask cd, were you planning to fall again?

StealthPolarBear · 29/11/2007 16:35

i'm a bit busy tomorrow
dippy if you test & are willing to share the results on mn, will you txt me? pleeeeeease?

cazboldy · 29/11/2007 16:36

oh captaindippy congrats ( i hope!) you must be nearly as mad as me!

CaptainDippy · 29/11/2007 16:49

Nearly Caz. But not quite.

Yes, SPB - will text you as soon as I know ..... I'll try and do a "live test" tomorrow morning for you all! Watch this space ......

Fall flat on my face, you mean KHIN Well, yes and no - It was a kind of "if it happens, it happens and if it doesn't, it doesn't ..." sort of scenario. We'd defnitely like to have another one next year if poss. If I am not PG now, aiming for next Sept / Oct. We'd like 4 and as we've got small age gaps already, what's the point in suddenly haven't a big gap!!?

NorthernLurker · 29/11/2007 16:56

Cazboldy - don't you have five? Better be twins then Dippy

This is so exciting - I'll be out at toddlers tomorrow morning but I'll be thinking of Dippy - and the rest of you poised over your keyboards, salivating no doubt........

I have a fairly big gap and a big gap - so the thought of small gaps scares me witless - but I can see why you would want to keep going

kneehighinnappies · 29/11/2007 16:58

So do you think you will be able to stop at 4 CD? you may be like a tin of pringles "once you pop you just can't stop" lol

CaptainDippy · 29/11/2007 17:02

LOL KHIN - feel another thread title coming on there

TWINS!!!!!

NorthernLurker · 29/11/2007 17:02

KHIN - rofl at tin of pringles!

CaptainDippy · 29/11/2007 17:12

Must call DH as he has the car and we need to go and get our children .......

BramshottsSecretSanta · 29/11/2007 17:30

Bramshott!! No willy-shaped gifts here V.lame, I'm afraid - I just know there is not a lot of hope of me getting to shops in the near (or distant future) - so have ordered your some funksome goods online - should be with you soooooon. Whooo! xx

Lucewits · 29/11/2007 17:47

cazboldy · 29/11/2007 19:30

Sexonlegs · 29/11/2007 19:44

Evening all.

Isn't it exciting! Hope the postman delivers!!

Well, dd's both in bed and I am enjoying a glass of red wine.

Poor B's arm is quite red and itchy from her jab yesterday. Have slapped on some E45 and given her some medised.

How are you all?
