Great success at the library, dd very chuffed with her books, especially Monkey Puzzle.

All ok here. Pissed off with work atm tho. I used to work Monday, Tuesday and Friday, and all thru mat leave the intention was (and no-one had said otherwise) that I would return on the same basis. I go back on the 3rd December, and my sodding boss is talking about doing the hours over 4 days. My answer is NO! I cannot afford yet more nursery costs for one, and I have arranged for K and me to attend classes on my days off thank you very much!

Honestly, bloody typical male boss, who has no idea about childcare arrangements.

Sol - how crap is the work thing! If you go back on 3/12/07 I think it's too late for them to try making any changes anyway. Do you have a HR department you can call? Or is a simple NO all that is required.

not sure what they're doing with the car myself SOL, the new bumper had to be ordered and was due in Tuesday last week, then they've just faffed since then, not really telling me much. now it should be ready for collection tomorrow but I'm not getting too excited and as the hire company are separate I don't expect to hear from them until Monday at the earliest

still, means I can shift more junk quality items to the sale
